Anupama 12th February 2026 Written Update: Kapil Decides to Fight Back, Prerna Crosses a Line
In today’s episode, Kapil opens up to Anupama about the silent pain he carries. He says that husbands like him suffer but rarely speak because society either mocks them or refuses to listen. Kapil feels helpless, convinced that no one will ever believe he is a victim. Anupama listens patiently and assures him that she believes him. She encourages him to fight for himself and reminds him that respect and justice are not limited to one gender. She tells him that sometimes justice is not only found in courtrooms but also in truth coming out within families.
Kapil worries that taking a stand might complicate Anupama’s relationship with the Kotharis, but she tells him not to fear and to focus on doing what is right. He asks how he can fight back. Anupama advises him to gather proof of Kriti’s behavior instead of arguing, suggesting that evidence will speak louder than words. Elsewhere, tension rises between Prem and Prerna. Prerna, feeling emotionally weak, tries to cross a boundary by getting close to Prem. Later, Kapil learns that his mother has met with an accident, which shocks him deeply. The situation escalates when Kriti creates more drama, and Kapil blames her for what has happened. Parag steps in and warns Kapil not to misbehave with Kriti in front of him. When the topic of divorce comes up, Kapil says he is ready to end the marriage, but he knows Kriti will never agree. Parag questions Kriti’s intentions and decides to call a lawyer, determined to get to the truth. At that moment, Anupama intervenes and apologizes for interrupting, sensing the situation could spiral further.
The episode ends on a tense note, with conflicts intensifying inside the Kothari house and truths slowly beginning to surface.
