Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 12th February 2026 Written Update: Myra’s Admission Brings Happiness, But Distance Between Armaan and Abhira Grows
The episode begins with Kaveri asking Madhav to drink kadha for his health, but he refuses stubbornly. Sanjay teases him, saying an ex-inspector should not be afraid of medicine, and finally convinces him to drink it, bringing a light moment in the house.
Meanwhile, Tanya and Manoj continue working on their presentation, while on the other side Vidya, Kajal, and Manisha go shopping for Myra. The outing quickly turns tense when Kajal and Manisha bump into each other and their conversation turns into an argument. Myra tries to calm them down and handle the situation maturely, but Manisha begins showing off her wealth, which only worsens the clash. The scene once again highlights how uncomfortable Myra feels in the middle of family egos.
At home, Armaan returns and loses his temper over small things, even scolding the staff for not serving ice-cold water. Myra asks him about her school admission, but Armaan asks her to wait a little longer. She also questions why the house falls silent whenever he arrives, making Armaan reflect on his behavior. He praises Myra for handling the situation between Kajal and Manisha so sensibly, showing how proud he is of her maturity.
Elsewhere, Abhira and Mukti are seen enjoying Rinku’s wedding, dancing and trying to live in the moment. But Abhira’s happiness fades when she learns she must pay the first installment of her loan within two weeks. The pressure of finances begins to weigh on her again, and Mukti notices the worry on her face.
Back at home, Armaan installs a camera. When Myra asks why, he says he wants to capture special memories. Soon after, he finally shares the news she has been waiting for — her admission has been confirmed. Myra becomes overjoyed, while Armaan admits to Kaveri that she was right and that he cannot hold Myra back because of his own fears. Kaveri reminds him that the real challenge will begin when Myra leaves for the hostel, hinting at the emotional storm ahead.
Later, Jaya thanks Abhira for decorating the car beautifully for the wedding, leaving Abhira surprised and slightly confused, since she never planned it that way. Still, she chooses not to spoil the moment and lets the happiness continue.
In another emotional scene, Myra records a family video and insists on filming Armaan too. Armaan gently prepares her for reality, saying that in her new school people may ask about her mother. Myra confidently replies that she will simply tell everyone her father is her whole world. Her words leave Armaan deeply moved, and he realizes how quickly she is growing up. Myra playfully teases him for getting old, bringing a rare smile to his face.
The mood shifts again when Myra mentions that Aditi’s bag is still inside Armaan’s car, which is at the garage. Armaan calls the driver, who assures him the car will arrive soon. Growing impatient, Armaan calls the garage owner directly and gets angry over the delay. At the same time, fate plays its usual game — Abhira and Armaan once again come close to speaking but miss the chance, continuing the pattern of near encounters that never turn into real conversations.
The episode ends with both of them in the same city, moving through the same moments, yet separated by silence and unresolved pain.
Precap:
Kaveri reflects on how Abhira and Armaan were once each other’s entire world but now cannot even hear each other’s names without anger. She asks what really happened between them that led to such a painful separation.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 12th February 2026 Written Update Review:
This episode balances emotional warmth and quiet tension well. Myra’s track continues to be the emotional anchor, especially her bond with Armaan, which feels sincere and touching. The repeated near-miss moments between Abhira and Armaan keep the anticipation alive, though the story is clearly building toward a deeper confrontation. The wedding scenes add lightness, but Abhira’s financial struggles and Armaan’s internal conflict keep the emotional stakes high.
