Review: Saru 17th February 2026 Written Update – Love, Drama, and a Groom Who Refuses to Give Up

This episode balances celebration and chaos in classic Saru style. Saroja’s mehendi function begins on a cheerful note, filled with music, dance, and warm moments, and Saru’s happiness for her mother feels genuine and touching. Ved sneaking into the ladies’ function in disguise adds a playful spark, and his insistence on applying mehendi to Saru brings a light, romantic charm that softens the heavy drama surrounding the family.

The tone shifts when Anika quietly starts creating trouble. Her jealousy shows in small but sharp actions, especially when she disrupts the ceremony and fuels the women’s superstitions. These moments underline how determined she is to spoil Saru and Saroja’s happiness.

Urmila’s fake suicide drama becomes the episode’s biggest turning point. The plan nearly works, pulling Chandrakant away at a crucial moment, and the taunts directed at Saroja create emotional tension that feels painfully real. Saru once again emerges as the pillar of strength, defending both Chandrakant and Saroja and refusing to let the situation spiral.

The highlight comes when Chandrakant returns and openly declares his commitment to Saroja. Ved standing up for Saru when she is insulted is another powerful moment, reinforcing his loyalty and love.

Overall, the episode blends romance, scheming, and emotional payoffs effectively, keeping the story engaging and emotionally charged.
