She asks him to stop it; he is her son, and he shouldn’t do this work. She gives him money and asks him to give it to Chandrakant.
He refuses to take her help. He tells that Tara didn’t accept Saru before, and even today she is insulting Saru. He wants to prove to Chandrakant that he will stand by Saru under any circumstances. He asks Tara not to stop her. She tells that he isn’t thinking of his family’s respect. He tells that he is trying to make his identity. He adds that when he wins the condition, then nobody can separate Saru and him.
He taunts her and leaves. Tara blames Saru for turning Ved against her. Anika finds a chance to spoil Saru’s hard work. She pours the oil on the floor and rushes to hide. Saru and Phulla come there. Saru continues to make the Batasha. Ved works hard at the construction site. Saru steps on the oil and slips. Phulla holds Saru and saves her from falling. Saru tells that she is okay. Phulla sees the oil on the floor and asks how it got there.
Anika falls and screams. They see Anika and understand her plan. Phulla scolds Anika. Saru makes the Batasha. She goes to distribute it. She gets hurt, and her feet bleed. Ved struggles to fulfill the task. Saru worries about Ved. Tara meets Anika and tells that Ved can’t earn 11000rs. She asks Anika to do anything but make sure Ved doesn’t earn that amount, because Ved and Saru shouldn’t unite. Anika assures her. Ved goes to collect his wages.
A lady asks Ved to click his daughter’s picture well, and she will pay him for it. Saru asks Kaki not to worry, Ved can take good pictures. Saru and Ved make arrangements for the photoshoot. Ved clicks the girl’s pictures. Saru gets an idea. She asks Phulla to come with her. She goes to the villagers and asks them to get his family photo clicked at the nearby village studio. A girl comes and asks Ved to click her picture. Kaki says her money was stolen. The girl tells that Ved might have stolen their money. Saru asks them why Ved would steal money. Ved says he has earned money through his hard work. Kaki tells that the money in the box belongs to her. Everyone creates a scene and tells that they want their money back. Saru defends Ved. The man tells that they know about Chandrakant’s condition. Everyone takes their money back and leaves. Ved loses heart.
Anika smirks. She recalls bribing a girl and sending her to turn the people against Ved. Chandrakant calls Saru and asks her to come to the temple for puja. Ved asks Saru to go, and trust him, he will come with the chunar, and it’s his promise. Saru cries. He asks her to say if she trusts him. She says yes. He asks her to just go. Saru goes to the temple and decides to wait for Ved to do the rituals together. Chandrakant looks on. Ved thinks about how to earn money in such a short time.
Anika comes and tells that he might be tired. She asks him to have some water. Ved drinks the water and thanks her. She asks him not to torture himself for Chandrakant’s stupid condition. He tells that Saru is his life and he can do anything for her. He asks her to stay away from him. He gets dizzy. Ved collapses. She smiles and recalls spiking the water to stop him from reaching the temple.
