Jhanak 3rd March 2026 Written Update: Rishi Feels He Lost Something Precious, Car Accident Brings Him Face-to-Face with Jhanak Again

Today’s episode begins inside the house where emotions are heavier than silence. Aniruddh tries to calm everyone, saying Rishi’s failure to remember Jhanak is due to memory loss and nothing else. He urges that treatment should come first. Dadabhai adds that once the treatment begins, Rishi will remember everything.

Aditi interrupts gently but firmly. She says they should not pressure Rishi to recall things forcefully. Medical complications could worsen his condition. She advises Rishi to focus on rest instead of stress.

Rishi, however, turns toward Aditi and says something that leaves everyone stunned. Since they are not married yet, she does not need to stay there to take care of him. He casually adds that he will think about Jhanak later.

Aditi responds confidently. She says she knows what they share, and if anyone has a problem with her staying, they should speak now. Tanushri immediately supports her, saying she does not want Aditi to leave again. Dritimaan, however, reminds everyone that Rishi and Aditi are divorced, which changes everything. Sanjhbati asks Aditi if Rishi will accept all this once his memories return. Aditi calmly says she will answer Rishi when the time comes.

Aniruddh asks Rishi how he feels inside. Rishi pauses and admits he feels like he has lost something very precious. The line lingers in the room.

Elsewhere, Jhanak’s friends try to lift her spirits. They insist she should become the leader of their team and will surely top the exams. Jhanak smiles faintly but says she is not confident because she has not prepared well. They head toward the library together.

Back on the road, Rishi tells Dritimaan that visiting a doctor is unnecessary. He plans to join duty the next day. Aditi insists he is not fully fine. Dritimaan suggests they will decide after the doctor’s approval.

Suddenly, Dritimaan accidentally hits someone with the car. He stops immediately. Rishi steps out angrily and scolds the person without even looking properly. Jhanak’s friends begin arguing loudly, threatening to file a police complaint.

Aditi intervenes, saying there is no point in fighting and they will cover medical expenses if anyone is hurt. Rishi coldly says they should not pay when it is Jhanak’s mistake.

Then he sees her face.

Time freezes again.

Dritimaan immediately apologizes to Jhanak and offers to take her to the hospital. Jhanak sends her friends away and assures them she is fine. She tells Dritimaan it was her fault.

Rishi, confused and irritated, asks why Jhanak keeps appearing in front of him. Dritimaan tells him to try remembering. He reminds Rishi that he once loved Jhanak deeply and even went to her village, Simulboni. Rishi looks stunned and asks when he ever went there.

Jhanak quietly says she has to go to the library. Dritimaan urges her not to give up on her place in Rishi’s life. She replies with pain that she cannot fight for her rights when Rishi does not even remember her existence. Dritimaan encourages her, saying she still remembers everything, so she must try.

Aditi interrupts, reminding them they are getting late for the doctor. Rishi cuts the conversation short and asks Dritimaan to leave. He adds there is no need to give importance to Jhanak.

The words hurt more than the accident.

Meanwhile, Parashar reads in the newspaper about Rishi’s memory loss. Anxiety grips him instantly. He calls Jhanak and asks about Rishi. Jhanak pretends calmness, telling him not to worry too much because they cannot change anything. She says she came to Kolkata to fulfill her dreams and must focus on that.

Parashar senses her pain and asks why she sounds fine. Jhanak replies that no one said she is fine. Maybe she was born to suffer. Her voice breaks as memories of Rishi flood back. Parashar advises her not to stay in Rishi’s house anymore. Jhanak tells him she will move to her teacher’s house temporarily. Parashar urges her to return to Simulboni, but she refuses. She must stay back and achieve her goal. For now, she will stay away from Rishi.

In jail, Ankush learns about Rishi’s memory loss through his lawyer. His anger intensifies. Bail has been rejected, and he feels wronged. He declares that something unfair happened to him and he deserves justice. When he hears that Rishi and Jhanak are together in Kolkata, his expression darkens. He instructs the lawyer to ensure that neither Rishi nor Jhanak escapes. The lawyer silently agrees.

At the hospital, the doctor questions Rishi. He answers clearly, remembering his relationship with Aditi but nothing about Jhanak. He admits he only suffers from headaches. The doctor asks him to wait outside.

The episode closes with uncertainty hovering over every relationship.

In the precap, the doctor advises Dritimaan to recreate Rishi’s old memories to help him recover. Meanwhile, Jhanak emotionally calls Aniruddh “Baba” and hugs him, finally allowing her tears to fall.

The battle between memory and love is no longer silent. It is beginning to demand action.
