Anupama 8th March 2026 Written Update: Will Anupama Reveal Prerna’s Truth Before It’s Too Late? The episode begins with tension building at the Shah house. Anupama says that while a daughter may inherit her mother’s nature and qualities, she should never inherit her mother’s painful destiny. Leela consoles her and asks her not to blame herself. However, Anupama feels that Rahi is making a mistake by trusting Prerna and giving her an opportunity. Her anxiety grows stronger. Leela advises Anupama to reveal the truth to Vasundhara before things go out of control. Anupama agrees and decides that after the baby’s puja ceremony she will tell Vasundhara everything. She firmly believes Prerna must leave soon.
Meanwhile, Prem apologizes to Rahi for hiding things from her. Rahi also apologizes, admitting that she failed to build enough trust in their relationship. She explains that her insecurity forced Prem to hide the truth. Prem feels guilty again and asks why she insisted on letting Prerna stay. Rahi explains that Prerna is extremely dedicated to her work. According to Rahi, Prerna has understood Prem’s career struggles better than Parag and Anil did. Rahi believes that Prerna can help Prem build a strong future. She admits she might be acting selfishly but thinks it is for the best.
At the Shah house, Paritosh notices everyone preparing gifts for the Kothari family. Curious, he asks what the occasion is. Leela and Hasmukh explain that a special ritual is performed six days after a baby is born. Anupama adds that on the sixth day, it is believed that God writes the destiny of the child. That is why the day is celebrated with great devotion.
Ishani asks when the baby will come to their house. Leela replies that the baby will arrive after one and a half months. Ishani hopes the good bond between the Shahs and the Kotharis remains unchanged. Anupama lights a lamp in the baby’s name, praying for a bright future.
Later, Anupama dreams about Prarthana and the newborn baby. Soon Ansh calls her, and Prarthana happily shares that she loved the name Anupama suggested for the baby. Anupama lovingly names the child Pranshi. Prarthana asks Anupama if they can take Pranshi to the temple for blessings. Anupama is shocked because the baby’s celebration is scheduled the same day, and she knows Vasundhara may not approve of the plan.
