She feels joyful to have Arya’s love with her. She gets a rose and a letter there. She reads his letter. He writes that he has to go for an urgent meeting, but he has left a surprise for her in his cabin. She rushes to check it. She finds a pink box on his table. She checks it and finds the same red saree and their other souvenirs. She finds a recorder there. She hears Arya’s recorded message. She smiles. He tells about Gayatri going to her house to fix their wedding. He adds that only Anu has the right to him. He dedicates a song, Tumhare the Tumhare hai… She dances.
She imagines Arya with her. A glass falls, and she breaks out of her imagination. Meera comes there and asks Anu to continue dancing. She scolds Anu. Arya comes and stops Meera. He asks about the matter. Anu says the glass broke, and Meera came to check. He asks if she is okay. She says yes. He asks Meera if everything is okay. Meera says yes, because he is okay, he has played Holi after many years, and he has changed a lot.
He says he wanted to change, but he couldn’t, until someone came into his life and made it easy for him. He says it’s just the start, and a lot is going to change for the good. Anu smiles. Meera turns upset and leaves. She says she didn’t imagine she would see Arya with someone else. She admits she loves Arya. Arya asks Anu not to pick up the broken glass. Anu tells that it’s okay. He tells that her hands are to apply mehendi and give orders.
She tells that she wants to prepare tea for him once they get married, she wants to cook his favorite dishes and feed him, and to put him to sleep. Arya smiles. She asks if he doesn’t want her to do this. He tells that its nothing like that, she has given him a lot of happiness and he doesn’t know how to react. He shares his happiness. They hug.

Even though Rajni had earlier softened toward Arya, this moment shows how fragile social approval can be.
The central conflict arrives through Mansi’s confrontation with Gayatri. Her comments about status and class expose the deeper insecurity inside the Vardhan household. Gayatri standing firm for Anu becomes a strong moment for her character.
