Seher Hone Ko Hai 9th March 2026 Written Update: Seher Saves Mahid During Panic Attack, Suspects Someone Is Targeting Him
The episode begins with Seher informing Wasim that Mahid is chasing a mad man inside the farmhouse. She explains that no one knows when that man entered the property and that he has already set fire in the backyard. Mahid asked her to make sure the guests leave the house safely because their safety is more important.
Wasim feels helpless but agrees to escort the guests outside.
Meanwhile, Seher rushes to her room and calls Farid for help. She tells him that Mahid is behaving strangely and seems completely out of control. Farid immediately understands the situation and suspects that Mahid might be experiencing a panic attack.
He asks Seher to explain exactly what triggered his condition. Seher tells him that Mahid lost control after seeing a woman who looked exactly like his mother. Hearing this, Farid confirms that Mahid’s trauma might have resurfaced.
Farid advises Seher to give Mahid an emergency injection that he always carries with him for such situations. He explains that the injection can be given anywhere in the body and will calm him down. Seher quickly checks Mahid’s luggage and finds the injection.
Meanwhile, Wasim talks to the guests outside and tells them that Mahid is bravely handling the mad man alone and they should help him control the situation.
However, the guests refuse to get involved. One of them even says that Mahid once fought a tiger bravely, so handling a human should be easy for him. They also say that they are old and cannot risk helping.
Wasim becomes irritated with their careless attitude.
Inside the house, Seher opens the door and finds Mahid determined to go outside. She tries to stop him, but Mahid refuses to listen.
Mahid believes that the woman he saw is his mother Gazal. He says she has returned to torture him and that he must confront her.
Seher tries to make him understand that the woman is not his mother but only someone who looks like her. She insists that it could be a trap designed to manipulate him.
However, Mahid refuses to believe her. He remains determined to confront the woman.
To calm him down, Seher hugs him tightly. Mahid begins sharing his deep pain and emotional trauma with her. He says he saw Gazal jump in front of his eyes years ago and still cannot understand why she left him alone.
Seher consoles him gently and tries to calm his emotions.
Taking the opportunity, she injects him with the medicine.
Soon Mahid begins to relax and falls asleep.
Meanwhile, Wasim confronts Umar angrily. He demands to know who the mysterious woman was. Wasim accuses Umar of ruining his carefully planned scheme that was meant to damage Mahid’s reputation.
He orders Umar to find the woman immediately.
Umar says the woman ran away after seeing Mahid’s rage and must have been scared of getting caught. Wasim orders him to track her down and bring her back.
After giving the instructions, Wasim decides to return to Lucknow but warns Umar that the woman must be found.
Later, Farid arrives at the farmhouse to check on Mahid. Seher informs him that Mahid is sleeping after taking the injection.
Farid explains that Mahid still carries deep trauma regarding his mother’s death. He never fully accepted the way she left him and continues to suffer emotionally because of it.
Seher asks Farid whether Mahid takes medicines for his condition. Farid reveals that Mahid suddenly stopped taking his medication recently.
Farid then tells Seher that she should not worry about such complicated matters because she is still only sixteen years old. He regrets involving her in this marriage and feels guilty for ruining her life.
Seher responds calmly that Mahid does not know her real age. She explains that Mahid strongly opposes child marriage and would never have agreed to marry her if he knew the truth.
Farid says Seher’s mother would be happy to hear that and advises her to break her relationship with Mahid.
However, Seher refuses to leave him. She says she wants to become a doctor someday and cannot abandon Mahid while he is suffering.
Farid appreciates her courage and blesses her before leaving.
As he leaves, Farid notices that Amal and Kausar seem to have an allergic reaction to sandalwood. He casually tells them it is a common allergy to avoid raising suspicion.
Later, Mahid wakes up and brings the police to investigate the incident. He demands that they find the mysterious woman immediately.
Meanwhile, Seher becomes determined to take Mahid back to Lucknow. She remembers Farid telling her that this place is worsening Mahid’s mental condition.
Mahid initially refuses to leave, but Seher continues convincing him. Eventually, she succeeds in persuading him to return.
Elsewhere, Kausar begins suspecting that Amal might actually be her daughter.
Mahid later brings pizza for Seher. She feeds him a small piece, showing their growing emotional connection.
However, Seher remains suspicious. She feels that someone within Mahid’s family circle might be trying to harm him intentionally.
She decides not to reveal her suspicions yet until she collects solid evidence.
The episode ends with Seher silently planning to uncover the truth.

The episode focuses heavily on Mahid’s emotional trauma and Seher’s growing strength as his protector. Seher handling Mahid’s panic attack shows her maturity despite her young age. At the same time, Wasim’s hidden agenda and the mysterious woman hint at a larger conspiracy against Mahid.
