Anupama 18th March 2026 Written Update: Anupama Loses Another Job as Rahi Begins Her Own Journey
Today’s episode begins with Digvijay questioning Banku for arriving ten minutes late. Banku explains that he was buying vegetables and ran into a friend, which caused the delay. Digvijay, however, does not accept the explanation and lectures him about discipline and the importance of time.
Anupama steps in and asks Digvijay to value people as much as he values time. She defends Banku, saying being ten minutes late is not a big issue. Digvijay gets irritated and asks Anupama to speak only when he addresses her, but Anupama firmly replies that he doesn’t talk, he only shouts.
She points out that just because he is hurt, it doesn’t give him the right to hurt others. She reminds him that Banku has been working with him for four years and has never even been allowed to cook food of his choice. Anupama adds that sometimes being late is not wrong, and life cannot always run on strict timings.
Digvijay unexpectedly agrees for a moment and regrets calling Saavi that day. Anupama also slips into regret, saying she should have been late instead of Prarthana going to the temple. Both are briefly lost in painful memories of the past.
Meanwhile, Ansh asks Jassi about a program. Jassi says she is not comfortable with the offer related to a business party. Paritosh tries to influence the situation by provoking Leela, suggesting that Jassi might take over the house. Leela reacts strongly and declares that she will bring another girl for Ansh and throw Jassi out.
On the other side, Prem notices that Rahi is disturbed and asks her what is bothering her. Rahi shares her fear that Gautam might treat Mahi the same way he treated Prarthana. She explains that Mahi is not opening up because of guilt and is trying to prove her independence.
Prem expresses his wish that Gautam gets punished. He also confesses his love for Rahi, appreciating her kindness even toward Mahi despite everything. Rahi says she has learned compassion from Anupama and recalls how Anupama once supported Kavya despite personal pain.
Prem and Rahi wait for Prerna, who soon arrives with shocking news. She reveals that she saw Gautam with another girl, leaving them both stunned.

A worker faints due to hunger, and Anupama immediately takes responsibility. She decides to get tea for everyone, even though she is worried about the expense. Despite her financial struggles, she manages to arrange it, showing her generous nature.
Back at home, Prem shares exciting news with the family that he has secured his first big contract for his restaurant. Vasundhara is thrilled and praises him for his achievement. Prem humbly gives credit to Prerna as well.
Vasundhara then shifts her attention to Rahi and questions her about an envelope she is hiding. It is revealed that Rahi has received her first salary. Instead of celebrating, Vasundhara criticizes the amount and suggests that Rahi should join the family business instead of struggling like Anupama.
Rahi calmly responds that she wants to build her own identity and is proud of her journey.
Back at the workplace, Anupama shares tea with the other women, creating a moment of warmth. However, the boss gets angry, accusing her of distracting the workers and encouraging breaks.
Without considering her situation, he throws Anupama out of the job. Anupama requests him to at least pay her for the half day she worked, but he refuses.
The episode ends with Anupama once again facing injustice, yet standing strong despite repeated setbacks.
