Jhanak makes a firm decision to go to Simulboni and informs Rishi about it. Her tone is calm but distant. Rishi is surprised and tries to remind her of their earlier bond, how they used to plan everything together. But Jhanak doesn’t respond the same way anymore. She questions why she should understand him when he failed to understand her feelings.

She checks Aniruddh’s prescription and notices something important—his kidney issue, which hadn’t been properly communicated. Even the doctor appreciates her observation. Aniruddh feels proud of her, but Aditi refuses to acknowledge it. She questions why an intern is interfering when a doctor is present.

Jhanak calmly responds that being an intern isn’t something to be ashamed of, and everyone reaches their position step by step. Aditi doesn’t appreciate the reply, and the tension between them becomes obvious.
Anshuman tries to keep things professional, but the situation is already strained. Eventually, Jhanak decides to leave. Both Aniruddh and Anshuman offer help for her return, but she refuses and chooses to go on her own, showing her independence once again.
