He tells that she knows him well. He asks if she doubts him so much. She tells that she got to know about his drunken drama. He reminds her of what she said to him. He tells that she has made love vows and now she has changed. He admits that he is in pain and got drunk to relieve his pain. He asks why she broke his heart. They cry. She tells that she has seen her future with Shantanu, so she accepted his proposal.
He asks her to look into his eyes once and answer him. Madhu and Shekhar meet and talk about Siddhu. He asks her to help him find Siddhu. He asks if Siddhu has come home yet. He tells that Siddhu was drunk last night, and he is the suspect in Shantanu’s kidnapping. She worries. Durgavati comes and asks him to keep his doubts to himself. She insults him. She blames Sneha for betraying Siddhu. She asks him to find Shantanu instead. She defends her son. She rebukes Shekhar. She takes Madhu with her. Siddhu tells Sneha that her eyes won’t lie to him.
He regrets that she doubts him. Pujari and Chanchal get Shantanu there. Sneha asks Om and Ganga to come. They see Shantanu hurt. Shantanu thanks Siddhu. Om takes care of Shantanu. He tells that he came to meet Shantanu and tell him that he loves Sneha, but his friends took him away, he had seen someone kidnapping Shantanu and he rushed to save Shantanu when he woke up in the morning. Shantanu tells the family that Siddhu found him and saved his life. Siddhu tells Sneha that he can never hurt anyone. Sneha apologizes. Murli asks Shantanu to call the police and tell them about the goons.
Shantanu asks Om not to call right now. He tells that the local goons might have done this for money. Ganga asks him to inform the police. He refuses. Siddhu refuses to listen to Sneha. He angrily leaves. She cries. Sahana tells Murli that they should help Sneha and Siddhu. He refuses. Kaushalya overhears them. Sahana tells that she will do anything for Sneha’s love story. Kaushalya thinks of using the matter against Sahana.

Shantanu asks Sneha if she is okay. Sneha goes. He goes after her and asks her if she isn’t happy with their alliance. Soni tells him that Sneha doesn’t want to leave the family so soon.
Indu comes there and thinks to find out what is going on. Shantanu tells that he won’t take Sneha away. Soni sees Indu. She calls Paras and starts acting. Indu hears that Paras is hurt and rushes home. Soni asks Paras not to let Indu come to Ganga’s house again. He agrees. Om and Shantanu leave.
Ganga tells Sneha that she wants Manohar to come and bless her. Sneha refuses to call Manohar. Siddhu tells his friends that he will solve Sneha’s problem. He adds that Shantanu isn’t a good person. He tells them that he got to know Shantanu’s truth. Pujari asks why. Siddhu tells that he got to know the goons were asking Shantanu for the money they lent to him. He asks why Shantanu took the loan from the goons when he is already rich. He wants to find the answers. Shantanu rejects the calls. Om asks him to take the call. Shantanu tells that he will talk later.

The latest episode of Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan turns into an emotional rollercoaster where accusations, heartbreak, and hidden truths collide at once. Just when Siddhu thought things couldn’t get worse, the person he loves questions his character—and yet fate still pushes him to protect everyone around her.
The episode opens with Sneha confronting Siddhu directly about Shantanu’s kidnapping. The accusation hurts him deeply because it comes from the one person who once trusted him blindly. He asks her if she truly believes he could stoop so low. Sneha, though emotional, reminds him about his drunken breakdown and his declaration that he wouldn’t allow anyone between their love.
Siddhu doesn’t deny his pain.
He openly admits that he drank because he was shattered after losing her. He reminds Sneha of the promises she once made to him and questions how she changed overnight. Their conversation turns painfully emotional as both struggle to hold back tears.
Then Sneha says something that crushes him further.

That revelation leaves Sneha guilty and shattered.
She apologizes to Siddhu, realizing she doubted the wrong person. But Siddhu is too hurt to forgive her easily this time. He walks away angrily, carrying the weight of her mistrust.
