Anupama 7th May 2026 Written Update: Anupama Slaps Rahi After Shocking Accusation
Today’s episode begins with Digvijay stopping Anupama and reminding her that she forgot her bag. Before Anupama can react, Hasmuk warmly invites Digvijay inside the Shah house for Leela’s birthday celebration. Leela is left shocked seeing him there.
Digvijay politely wishes Leela and praises the women dressed in beautiful Gujarati saris. Ishani playfully tells Anupama that she should also change her styling now. Amid the cheerful atmosphere, Anupama silently waits for Rahi and worries about what will happen once the Kotharis arrive.
Soon, Rahi enters the house with Prem. Anupama and Rahi come face to face unexpectedly and both freeze emotionally. Vasundhara instantly taunts Anupama, saying she is lucky because despite troubling Rahi so much, Rahi is still showering flowers on her life.
Rahi and Prem ignore Anupama completely and focus on wishing Leela instead. The atmosphere becomes awkward when Kinjal recognizes Shruti. Pakhi notices Anupama is not surprised seeing Shruti and suspects she already knew about her presence.
Vasundhara proudly announces that Shruti is investing in Prem’s café. Shruti then shocks everyone by calling herself Rahi’s mother in front of Anupama. Kinjal feels uncomfortable while Vasundhara deliberately keeps praising Shruti to insult Anupama indirectly. Shruti says she only wants whatever is best for Rahi’s future.
Despite feeling hurt, Anupama gracefully says she is happy for both Rahi and Prem. Prem quickly changes the topic and asks everyone to focus on Leela’s birthday celebration.
Later, Vasundhara gifts expensive jewelry to Leela. Though Leela hesitates to accept such a costly gift, Pakhi and Paritosh convince her. Vasundhara then indirectly insults the Shah family by commenting that she should have gifted it earlier when Hasmuk was struggling financially selling incense sticks.
Meanwhile, Shruti gifts an Italian decorative item. Gautam sarcastically says it may not suit the Shah house but can definitely be sold for money. Khyati balances the awkwardness by gifting a simple handmade shawl to Leela.
Elsewhere, Shruti secretly talks to a property dealer and asks him to finalize a deal quickly because she urgently wants the property. At the same time, Rahi and Prem misunderstand Digvijay as a thief and catch him. Anupama immediately introduces Digvijay properly and explains how she met him in Goa while helping him fulfill his daughter’s dream.
The biggest twist comes when Shruti and Digvijay come face to face. Rahi gets suspicious and asks Shruti if she already knows him. Shruti avoids details and instead questions why Anupama is getting deeply involved in Digvijay’s life.
Leela becomes frustrated seeing constant drama ruining her birthday. Meanwhile, Gautam secretly reminds Vasundhara that they already know Digvijay because he was once thrown out of their house. Vasundhara enjoys the growing tension and waits for more chaos.
Later, Hasmuk’s friends and guests join the party. Pakhi creates more trouble for Banku, forcing Anupama and Ishani to confront her behavior. Hasmuk requests Prem to help make Leela’s birthday special, and soon everyone starts dancing happily.
Shruti insists Digvijay join the dance. Anupama supports him warmly during the performance. Vasundhara notices their chemistry and deliberately fuels gossip. Gautam adds more spice by saying Anupama clearly looked jealous seeing Shruti dancing with Digvijay.
As music plays, Anupama emotionally remembers Anuj and gets lost in memories. Pakhi mocks her emotional behavior and predicts another drama is about to happen. Seeing Anupama disturbed, Digvijay quietly decides to support her emotionally.

Precap: Shruti accuses Anupama of replacing Anuj with Digvijay too easily. Anupama emotionally says she remembers Anuj more than she remembers God. Rahi cruelly replies that chanting his name is not enough and accuses Anupama of having a relationship with Digvijay. Furious and deeply hurt, Anupama slaps Rahi.
Review
The episode successfully mixed emotional discomfort, family drama, and silent tension. Shruti’s entry has clearly complicated Anupama and Rahi’s already fragile relationship. Vasundhara’s manipulations continue to poison the atmosphere while Digvijay unknowingly becomes the center of controversy.
The emotional highlight was Anupama silently maintaining dignity despite repeated insults. The precap promises one of the biggest emotional confrontations between Anupama and Rahi so far.
