Tum Dena Saath Mera 9th May 2026 Written Update: Aparajita Refuses To Surrender, Lalit’s Drama Backfires
Today’s episode begins with Lalit emotionally blackmailing Aparajita once again. He reminds her that if she leaves him, she will become a burden on her parents forever. Lalit pretends to act hurt and dramatically says that Aparajita is right, so now he will reveal the “truth” to everyone.
Soon, the family rushes into the room after hearing Lalit scream.
Malti immediately starts blaming Aparajita and asks how she suddenly became so stone-hearted towards her husband. Aradhya also requests Aparajita to return with Lalit because according to her, Lalit loves Aparajita deeply.
Ramgopal too asks Aparajita to at least listen to Lalit once before taking any drastic decision.
Malti orders Aradhya to bring Aparajita’s bag as if the decision has already been made. Lalit cleverly continues his good husband drama in front of everyone and says he is ready to do whatever Aparajita asks him to do.
Meanwhile, Rashmi notices neighbors trying to overhear the family drama again, so she quickly switches on the television loudly to avoid gossip spreading outside.
Aparajita stands silently, torn between revealing the truth and protecting her parents from emotional shock.
At that moment, fate unexpectedly gives Aparajita a new direction.
While the television plays in the background, Aparajita hears news about Rakshit’s competition. Though she cannot see Rakshit’s face clearly, she becomes shocked after learning that the winner of the Maheshwari saree stitching competition will receive prize money of 25 lakhs.
That single announcement changes everything for her.
Outside, Bua notices the neighbors spying once again and angrily scolds them before sending them away.
Back inside, Lalit sweetly asks Aparajita if they should leave now. But Aparajita suddenly refuses to go back to Bhopal because she wants to participate in the stitching competition happening in Indore.
Everyone gets surprised.
Bua questions what competition Aparajita is talking about.
Aparajita explains that it is a Maheshwari saree stitching competition and says if she wins, she can earn 25 lakhs. She emotionally feels this opportunity might be Lord Ganesh’s way of helping Aradhya’s marriage too.
However, Avinash quickly reminds her that she hasn’t stitched anything in the last four years.
Still, Aparajita gathers courage and says she can at least try.
Malti and Bua both discourage her and say there is no need to take such pressure. But for the first time in a long while, Aparajita refuses to give up on herself.

Ramgopal supports Aparajita and tells her she does not need anyone’s permission to chase her dreams. He says she deserves support, not restrictions. He further says he trusts Lalit will support Aparajita too.
Lalit immediately continues his fake supportive husband act and says Ramgopal is absolutely right. He proudly says this is 2026 where husbands give wings to their wives instead of cutting them.
His sudden transformation leaves Aparajita uncomfortable because she knows his real face behind closed doors.
Lalit asks how many days the competition will last. Aparajita says seven days.
Lalit instantly declares that he will stay with her in Indore throughout the competition. Malti happily agrees while Aparajita silently feels trapped again.
Later, Rashmi finally gets some alone time with Aparajita and encourages her to reveal Lalit’s truth to the family.
But Aparajita refuses.
She says earlier there was no major problem around Aradhya’s marriage, but now everything is sensitive and she cannot destroy the family peace suddenly.
Instead, Aparajita reveals her own secret plan.
She says she will never return to Lalit permanently. Her plan is to win the competition, use 10 lakhs to clear Lalit’s debt, and use the remaining 15 lakhs to help with Aradhya’s marriage expenses.
But beyond money, Aparajita wants something much bigger.
She wants her lost identity back.
With determination in her eyes, Aparajita says she wants the courageous Aparajita to return again. She wants to prove to herself and everyone that she is not “zero” anymore.
Her confidence slowly starts returning after years of emotional abuse and suppression.

The best scene of the episode was Aparajita deciding to reclaim her identity instead of simply escaping her problems. That moment finally gave the story emotional depth and purpose.
The upcoming competition track looks promising and could become Aparajita’s biggest turning point.
