Purvi denies it. Indu asks her to call Siddhu and ask him where he is. Purvi calls him. She gets his number busy. Indu asks her to keep an eye on Siddhu. Purvi worriedly leaves. She tells that she will not let Siddhu and Sneha marry.
Vimla asks Shekhar to see the Maang Tika design for Sneha. He says it’s good. She asks about Siddhu’s wedding. He tells that Durgavati won’t invite them. He wants to be engaged in Sneha’s wedding. He goes. Vimla tells that Siddhu must know the truth, Durgavati has driven Sneha away from him, and then Siddhu will react against his mom. Sahana gives the jewellery to the jeweller and asks for money. He asks her to wait; he will check it. Ganga calls her. Sahana doesn’t take the call. She thinks of giving the money to Durgavati to free Ganga from the loan.
The man tells her that her jewellery is fake. She asks what he means. She tells that Ganga has given the jewellery to her. He tells that it’s all fake, and even the jewellery given by her Sasural is fake. She cries and asks him not to inform Ganga about it. Ganga worries about Sahana. The man tells Sahana that she can find out who has made the fake jewellery. Sahana thinks to find out the culprit and save Sneha’s life.
Sneha scolds Siddhu for taking revenge on her. Shantanu tells Murli that Siddhu has thrown a grand party. Murli asks him to come. Sneha lectures Siddhu and misunderstands him. Siddhu comes home. Purvi asks where he was. He tells that he was arranging a party for her. She gets surprised. She thinks Indu got the wrong information about him. Ganga thinks to go and find Sahana. Sahana comes home. Ganga asks where she went. Sahana tells that Ganga has taken a loan from Durgavati and sacrificed Sneha’s happiness.
She asks Ganga why she gave a dowry. Ganga apologizes and cries. She tells that she didn’t break Sneha’s heart because of Sahana. She asks her to promise that she won’t reveal it to anyone. Sahana asks what about Sneha. Sahana feels guilty and argues with her. Ganga tells that the reason is something else. Sahana asks her to swear and admit the truth. Some ladies come home. Their conversation gets interrupted. Sahana goes to keep the jewellery. Ganga thinks of Sahana’s words. The ladies prepare for the function.
Shantanu calls Sneha. He asks her if she came to the party hall. She lies to him. He tells that he asked Siddhu to keep a party for him. He asks her to get ready for the Sangeet function, and he will come and pick her up. Sneha feels worried. Soni comes and advises her. Sneha tells that she is focussing on her IAS goal. Durgavati tells Siddhu that his wedding is going to happen soon. She makes him perform the puja. Vimla comes to the temple. She calls Siddhu. This episode of Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan is one of those transition episodes where multiple hidden secrets slowly begin colliding together. Instead of one giant twist, the story keeps planting emotional landmines everywhere, and that actually makes the tension stronger.
The standout part of the episode is definitely Sahana’s track.
Her decision to secretly sell the jewellery comes from pure sacrifice, but the shock that all the jewellery is fake completely changes the emotional weight of the story. That moment hurts because Sahana already blamed herself for Sneha’s suffering, and now she realizes even her marriage foundation was built on deception. The writers finally gave her a meaningful emotional arc beyond just crying over Kaushalya.
The reveal about Kusum replacing the jewellery is huge because it quietly exposes how deep the greed and manipulation inside Murli’s family actually goes. What works here is that Sahana still doesn’t want the family to break despite being betrayed. That emotional helplessness feels very real.
The Siddhu–Sneha confrontation is another strong scene.
Sneha arrives angry and accusing Siddhu again, but this time Siddhu doesn’t silently tolerate it. Purvi’s storyline is also getting more interesting now.
Until now she mostly looked insecure and emotional, but the fake jewellery mystery around her family hints there are financial lies hiding beneath the surface. Madhu sensing something wrong adds suspense because she’s one of the few characters actually observing quietly instead of reacting emotionally.
Another important detail is Ganga almost confessing the real reason behind Sneha and Siddhu’s separation. Sahana forcing questions at her shows the walls around the truth are finally cracking. Ganga’s guilt is becoming impossible to hide now.
Overall, this episode works because every major character is emotionally cornered.
