The upcoming episode of Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile brings emotional tension between Raghav and Reet as pregnancy stress slowly begins affecting their relationship. Reet finally loses her patience after Raghav fails to accompany her to an important hospital checkup.
The promo starts with Raghav rushing towards Reet and apologizing sincerely. He tries to calm her down and says he is genuinely sorry for missing the appointment. But Reet is already deeply hurt and emotionally exhausted.
