Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan 23rd May 2026 Written Update: Sahana’s Confession Shocks Murli. Sahana sees Sneha sleeping. She cries and feels sorry for Sneha. She takes the money and leaves. She plans to meet Durgavati tomorrow and return the loan. She wants to unite Sneha with her love, Siddhu. She says she will tell Murli the truth after saving Sneha’s love. She leaves. Siddhu is on the way. He sees Pujari and Chanchal standing in the middle of the road. He stops the car and asks what drama they are doing. He asks them to go home. Chanchal tells Siddhu that Pujari will not say anything. Pujari apologizes to Siddhu.
He cries and tells that Siddhu is like Ram for him. Siddhu forgives him. He tells that he feels hurt too. He hugs Pujari. He asks his friends to be happy for his wedding. He leaves. Pujari tells Chanchal that he won’t let Siddhu sacrifice his love. The next morning, Sahana goes to meet Durgavati.

He asks Madhu to come with her. Sahana reaches there to meet Durgavati. She gets Murli’s call. Murli tells that he has found the thief. Kaushalya doubts the maid and scolds her. Murli tells that the maid has stolen the money. Sahana worries. She says she won’t let any innocent person be punished. Siddhu’s dad tells Madhu that Purvi is involved in the fire incident.
Madhu tells that she also doubted Purvi and Sarla when she found fake jewellery with them, but she didn’t get any proof. He tells that he wants to try once and unite Siddhu with Sneha. Sneha thinks of Siddhu. She says she will call Shantanu and thank him for saving her. Madhu calls Sneha and tells that her dad wants to meet her. Sneha asks what he wants to talk to her. She asks him to come to the temple and meet them.
Sneha rushes to the temple. Madhu tells her dad that it’s too late. He tells that he will convince Sneha to marry Siddhu. Shantanu thinks of Sneha’s words and smiles. He calls her. She thanks him for his help. He tells that he was thinking of visiting her. She tells that she is okay and she has to attend to guests at home. He asks her if she is happy about their wedding. She says yes. He smiles. She ends the call.
Sneha tells Soni that she is going to meet Madhu at the temple. Soni asks her to go. Vimla hears them. She calls Indu and informs about Madhu and Sneha’s meeting. She asks Indu to reach the temple and tell her what’s going on. Ganga comes and asks Vimla what she is saying. Vimla lies to her. She asks Ganga if she is okay. Ganga says yes. Vimla tells that she will help her with the arrangements.
Indu thinks that Madhu is going to unite Sneha and Siddhu. Sahana calls Murli and asks him to meet her immediately without telling anyone. Sneha is on the way to the temple. Siddhu is with his friends. He tells that love means sacrifice, and he will always love Sneha. He adds that he can never believe anything against Durgavati. He defends his mom. He talks sorrowfully. Pujari feels sad.
Shantanu tells Om that Sneha loves him, and she confessed it. Om tells that it’s a big thing if Shantanu trusts his love. He is happy for Shantanu. They hug. Sahana waits for Murli. Murli comes home. He asks her what happened that she called him urgently. She cries. He asks her to say. She asks him to promise her, he will listen to her. He agrees. She shows the money and says its 15 lakhs. She tells that the maid didn’t steal the money, she has taken the money, and the maid is innocent. He is shocked.
He asks how she got this money. She tells that she went home and got the money. He tells that it’s Brij’s savings. She tells that it’s Ganga’s money. Kaushalya and Brij come there. They are shocked. This episode works because secrets are finally exploding instead of sitting quietly in the background. The story moves faster here compared to some earlier episodes where heartbreak kept repeating without payoff.
The strongest part is Sahana. She completely carries this episode emotionally. Her decision to confess about the money despite knowing Murli may turn against her shows courage instead of sacrifice alone. Earlier Sahana mostly reacted to problems. Here she drives the story forward. That growth feels satisfying.
Murli’s reaction also works realistically. From his perspective, Sahana suddenly admits taking 15 lakhs while Kaushalya is emotionally manipulating the situation around him. His anger feels frustrating but believable.
Kaushalya remains effective because unlike Indu’s loud villainy, Kaushalya destroys things emotionally. Her weapon is guilt and emotional blackmail. Those scenes hit harder because viewers can imagine people like her existing in real life.
Siddhu’s scene with Pujari is another highlight. Pujari calling Siddhu like Ram and breaking down emotionally creates warmth. Siddhu forgiving him despite carrying heartbreak himself reminds viewers why people root for him. His line about love meaning sacrifice quietly becomes the emotional core of the episode.
The weaker side is Shantanu again. His scenes continue feeling disconnected from the emotional center of the show. Him believing Sneha loves him creates dramatic irony, but emotionally viewers still sit with Siddhu–Sneha pain instead.
Madhu and Siddhu’s father trying to unite Sneha and Siddhu adds momentum. For weeks people hid truths. Now characters are actively trying to fix things.
The temple setup also creates strong tension. Too many people are moving toward the same truth — Sneha, Madhu, Indu, Vimla. That usually means a major explosion is coming.
The only risky point is stretching Durgavati truth exposure too long. Viewers already know it. Siddhu still refusing to doubt her may slowly become repetitive if delayed further.
