Anupama 31st May 2026 Written Update: Anupama Tries to Stop Digvijay, Prem Faces Family Backlash
The upcoming episode of Anupama continues the emotional fallout from Digvijay’s decision to leave the city. After realizing that she misunderstood him, Anupama feels deeply guilty and decides she cannot let him walk away without trying to make things right. She reaches out to Digvijay and apologizes for doubting his intentions. Anupama requests him to stay and not abandon everything because of the misunderstandings created by others.

Anupama 31st May 2026 Written Update: Anupama Stops Digvijay From Leaving as Prem Declares War
The episode begins on an emotional note as Paras tries to convince Digvijay to reconsider his decision. Digvijay remains firm and says he has already made up his mind. Just then, Anupama arrives to meet him. Digvijay tells her that he is leaving the city forever. The revelation leaves Anupama stunned.
Both Anupama and Digvijay are burdened with guilt after hurting each other. Digvijay admits that he doesn’t even know where he will go, but he cannot stay any longer.
Meanwhile, Prerna notices Ansh venting his frustration on the plants. Ansh confesses that he is furious with Rahi for treating Anupama unfairly. Prerna says she feels the same anger towards Prem. They both worry that Digvijay and Banku are leaving because of a simple misunderstanding. Ansh hopes Anupama can stop them before it is too late.
Back with Digvijay, Anupama sincerely apologizes for the insults and humiliation caused by Vasundhara, Gautam, and Rahi. She also regrets doubting his intentions. Digvijay apologizes for interfering in her family matters. Both end up calling themselves bad friends and share a heartfelt moment of reconciliation.
Elsewhere, Prem discusses having a baby with Rahi. Rahi becomes uncomfortable while thinking about her medical report. She asks Prem whether this is really the right time to plan a child. Realizing the pressure she is already facing, Prem apologizes and assures her that he will never force her. Rahi promises to stand by him no matter what. Their conversation is interrupted when Vasundhara calls them.
Anupama and Digvijay continue talking. Digvijay speaks about not having a home anymore. Anupama reflects on how many women spend their lives without ever having a place they can truly call their own.
At the Kothari house, Gautam reveals that Anupama has vowed to win the competition at any cost. Vasundhara immediately labels her selfish. Khyati defends Anupama and reminds everyone of Digvijay’s suffering after losing his house and café. Anil also supports Anupama, while Khyati points out how unfairly Prem and Vasundhara treated Digvijay during his lowest phase.
Digvijay decides he should apologize to Prem. However, Anupama firmly stops him. She refuses to let him leave and reminds him about Saavi’s dream café. Anupama openly admits that she cannot continue this journey without him. She shares her dream of taking the café to greater heights and proving everyone wrong.
Her words finally break Digvijay’s stubbornness.
He agrees to stay and jokingly demands Anupama’s special tea. When he starts speaking Gujarati, Anupama bursts into laughter, bringing some much-needed happiness back into their friendship.
Back at the Kothari mansion, tensions continue rising. Vasundhara asks Khyati to stop crying over outsiders. Khyati replies that she is worried about Prem and Rahi because Vasundhara keeps fueling their anger. Prem shocks everyone by declaring that anyone who takes Anupama’s side will become his enemy.
Anil loses patience and says Prem and Rahi have completely lost their way. He reminds them that Khyati only tried to guide them in the right direction. Prem, however, refuses to listen.
Vasundhara secretly feels pleased. She believes Prem has finally started hating Anupama and decides to keep provoking him further.
Later, Anupama, Digvijay, and Prerna visit Shaktivora Company to secure an important catering contract.
At home, Vasundhara criticizes Rahi for giving the wrong fruits to Pari. She cruelly taunts Rahi about not becoming a mother and questions her ability to care for others. Meeta asks Pari to stay home and rest because of her pregnancy. Rahi points out that pregnancy is not an illness, but Meeta tells her to stay away and let the family handle Pari.
Meanwhile, Anupama confidently presents her proposal to the clients at Shaktivora Company. The clients are impressed by the quality of her catering services. Digvijay adds an emotional touch by promising that their business will serve customers with the warmth and affection of a mother.
The clients seem highly impressed, giving Anupama fresh hope that her dream project is finally moving in the right direction.
