Pushpa tells everyone that they will practice dance today. Jalandhar asks Meera to get a band for them. She refuses. She tells that it’s very risky and she can’t help him. He taunts her. He says Anu and Arya are a nice couple.
Meera tells that she will try. She asks what he is going to do. He asks her not to think much; she will get Arya. Anu asks Arya to come and check the gifts given by her locality neighbours. She asks him to write it in the notepad. Arya asks why. She says they will note it down. He calls it strange. She tells that they always do this to return the same love and respect. Anu checks the envelopes. She says it’s an empty envelope given by Srivastav uncle. She calls Pushpa and informs her about Srivastav’s move.
Pushpa tells that Srivastav’s wife would have done this. Mansi, Mami and Mama come and look on. Mansi tells Anu that classy people don’t give importance to such petty things. She calls Anu’s move a cheap one. Anu explains her point. She tells that it’s an excuse to bring the family members together. Harsh smiles. Arya tells Mansi that they have to understand the importance of relationships. He supports Anu. Anu smiles. Gopal sees Pushpa dancing. Pushpa makes Amar and the other men fall. She asks Amar to dance well.
She sees Gopal hiding. She asks him to come and dance. He refuses. She asks him to dance at Anu’s reception party. She teaches them. Amar tells that he has alcohol with him; if he gets caught, then the ladies will not spare him. The men get caught with the alcohol bottles. Pushpa and Rajni worry. Amar is also asked to stand aside. Bholi scolds the men. She asks them to leave the alcohol and enter the party. They like the party décor. Simran and Neil take selfies.
Gopal and Pushpa smile. Harsh and Gayatri welcome them. Mansi comments on them. Gopal and Pushpa ask Gayatri how she got hurt. Gayatri tells that she was involved in the dance practice and fell. This upcoming track works because it focuses on what Tum Se Tum Tak does best—Arya and Anu’s emotional connection. The reception itself isn’t the interesting part. The real highlight is Arya’s mindset after marriage.
What stands out is that Arya doesn’t treat Anu like someone who has simply entered his house. His line about her dreams and decisions belonging to both of them reflects the partnership he has been building since the wedding. The writers are making a clear effort to show him as a supportive husband rather than a possessive one, and that’s why viewers continue rooting for him.
Anu’s nervousness at the reception also feels realistic. She comes from a modest neighbourhood and is suddenly standing in front of elite guests, business associates, and Arya’s social circle. Instead of mocking her insecurity or forcing instant confidence, the story allows her vulnerability to exist. Arya’s response—asking her to look into his eyes whenever she feels scared—is simple but effective because it reassures her without making her feel inadequate.
The sequence also serves another purpose. It shows how much Anu relies on Arya emotionally now. Their relationship is gradually moving beyond romance into trust and companionship, which is important because bigger storms are clearly approaching.
The timing of these sweet moments is interesting too. Whenever the show gives Arya and Anu a peaceful, romantic phase, trouble usually follows immediately.
