Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan 5th June 2026 Review: Siddhu Chooses Sneha, Durgavati Chooses the Slap

This episode finally pushes every major conflict into the open, and the result is one of the strongest emotional episodes in recent weeks. Nobody is hiding anymore. Siddhu accepts his mistakes publicly, Sneha refuses to forgive him, and Durgavati takes a stand that could permanently damage her relationship with her son.

The temple sequence is the highlight of the episode. Indu once again proves that if there were an Olympic event for creating public drama, she would win gold every year. Her attempt to turn the village against Ganga and Sneha starts as another humiliation stunt, but it backfires spectacularly when Siddhu arrives. Instead of hiding behind excuses, he openly accepts responsibility for everything. He admits that he lied, broke Sneha’s trust, and forced the marriage. That confession feels important because the story finally allows him to face the consequences of his actions.

Sneha remains the emotional center of the track. Her refusal to forgive Siddhu is not stubbornness anymore; it is self-respect. The girl who once fought the world for love is now fighting for her own dignity. Even when Siddhu kneels before her, she refuses to melt instantly, making her reaction feel realistic.

Ganga continues to be trapped between her heart and her mind. She understands Sneha’s pain, yet she still believes Siddhu is not another Manohar. Her faith in Siddhu creates an interesting contrast because almost everyone else has lost faith in him. Whether she is right or wrong remains the biggest question.

The biggest shock arrives at Siddhu’s house. Durgavati doesn’t just oppose the marriage—she comes armed with annulment papers. That scene changes the entire equation. Until now, viewers could believe she was acting out of anger. The legal papers prove she has a concrete plan to erase Sneha from Siddhu’s life.

Siddhu refusing to sign is a major character moment. For months he sacrificed everything for his mother’s approval. This is perhaps the first time he openly chooses his wife over her wishes. His stand is admirable, but it also arrives after a series of terrible decisions, which keeps the character layered instead of turning him into a straightforward hero.

Then comes the slap.

It is not just a slap from a mother. It is Durgavati declaring war on Siddhu’s marriage. The scene lands because it exposes how deep her resentment toward Sneha truly runs. Siddhu looks more heartbroken by her hatred than by the slap itself.

The introduction of Tej Pratap feels like the next storm waiting around the corner. The fact that he is being released from jail and immediately called by Durgavati screams trouble. Virender’s concern says everything. Whenever a family starts inviting jailed relatives to solve problems, good decisions are usually not on the agenda.

The episode ends on another bombshell as Shekhar informs Madhu that Sneha wants to legally challenge the forced marriage. That development is far more dangerous for Siddhu than Durgavati’s anger because it directly attacks the foundation of the relationship he fought so hard to create.

Rating: 4.5/5

A powerful episode driven by consequences rather than coincidences. Siddhu finally accepts responsibility, Sneha refuses easy forgiveness, and Durgavati escalates from emotional pressure to legal warfare. The slap may be dramatic, but Sneha’s decision to fight the marriage could be the twist that changes everything.
