Bareilly Ke Bacchan 9th June 2026 Written Update: Sangam Prays for an Escape, Krishna Steps Into Her Destiny

The episode begins with emotions running high in the household as Krishna and Sutluj’s argument threatens to spiral out of control. Ganga steps in and asks Krishna what has suddenly happened to him.

Krishna’s frustration finally bursts out.

He says their father made countless mistakes in life, but it is the children who are paying the price for them. He recalls how even their own uncle taunted the family, questioning why God took away their mother if He wanted to bless the house with a daughter.

Krishna says outsiders constantly judge them, but the pain hurts even more when their own family members add salt to their wounds. He wonders why every marriage proposal ends in rejection and why they must continue suffering because of someone else’s mistakes.

Unable to listen anymore, Sutluj walks away.

Elsewhere, Sangam is fighting a battle of her own.

She questions her mother about why everyone is forcing her into marriage. Sangam insists she has dreams, ambitions, and goals she still wants to achieve. She requests her mother to speak to her father and stop the alliance.

Her mother gently explains that this marriage is her father’s dream. The groom happens to be his close friend’s son, making the proposal even more important for the family.

Before Sangam can argue further, her father arrives. Her mother quickly covers up the discussion by saying Sangam is simply nervous about the marriage proposal.

Back at home, Ganga consoles Mahi and assures him that all the tensions in their family will eventually settle down. Krishna agrees with a hopeful smile.

Soon, Ajab returns home and asks whether his sons went to meet the prospective bride.

Ganga reveals that they did not.

Ajab bitterly remarks that no family would willingly give their daughter to them anyway.

Mahi immediately reminds him that he himself married twice—one wife passed away while the other walked out of his life. Sutluj adds that Ajab never fulfilled his responsibilities as a father.

The atmosphere turns tense once again.

As Ganga prepares to leave for work, his brothers stop him and apologize for their behavior. They promise not to fight anymore, and Mahi takes Ganga inside to get ready.

Just then, the matchmaker calls Krishna and informs him that the girl’s family is waiting.

This time, Krishna makes an unusual request.

He asks Ajab to accompany them.

Krishna says his presence will provide support and asks him to fulfill at least this responsibility as a father.

Meanwhile, Sangam’s father continues reassuring her that the groom’s family is respectable and that she will be happy after marriage. Despite his words, Sangam remains unconvinced.

Soon, both families prepare for their respective meetings.

Ajab and his sons travel in Krishna’s car toward the bride’s house. During the journey, Ajab’s embarrassing antics create unexpected comedy, leaving his sons irritated and embarrassed.

However, fate has other plans.

The brothers accidentally reach a completely different alliance meeting while Sangam’s family welcomes Vicky and his family at a temple.

Vicky immediately impresses the elders with his polished manners. His mother proudly announces that despite living in Australia, her son has never forgotten Indian values and traditions.

As everyone praises Vicky, Sangam silently observes.

Back at the wrong alliance meeting, the bride’s family begins questioning Ganga and his brothers.

Krishna falsely claims that Ganga is a contractor.

Sutluj introduces himself as a mechanic while honestly revealing that Krishna is actually a driver. Mahi proudly says he is pursuing his B.Sc. degree.

Curious about their unusual names, the bride’s family asks why all the brothers are named after rivers.

Ajab explains that their grandfather loved rivers deeply, so every grandson received the name of a river.

The discussion soon shifts to family life.

When asked why no woman accompanied them, Krishna reveals that their mother passed away years ago.

The bride’s parents immediately become concerned.

They question how their daughter can adjust in a household without any female members. The bride’s mother even wonders whether her daughter would be expected to cook for five men.

Ganga calmly replies that he knows how to cook himself and assures them that they can take care of their future daughter-in-law.

Soon, Kavita arrives with snacks.

An amusing misunderstanding follows.

When asked if he likes Kavita, Ganga comments that the kachori is not very good. Everyone assumes he is criticizing the girl. Realizing the confusion, Ganga quickly clarifies that he was talking about the snack and jokingly offers to teach Kavita how to make better kachoris.

His innocence brings smiles all around.

Elsewhere, Sangam finally gets a private conversation with Vicky.

Unfortunately, the meeting only confirms her worst fears.

Vicky spends most of the conversation talking about himself. He boasts about Australia, his lifestyle, and his achievements. He casually dismisses Sangam’s university gold medal and suggests that once she moves abroad, she won’t need to work or pursue her ambitions anymore.

Sangam firmly responds that she wants to achieve success through her own hard work.

Vicky barely listens.

Instead, he comments on her appearance, points out her dark circles, and suggests that she should improve herself to match his standards.

The conversation leaves Sangam completely disappointed.

To her, Vicky is nothing more than an arrogant show-off.

Meanwhile, Ganga wins everyone over by preparing delicious kachoris himself. Krishna, Mahi, and Sutluj proudly watch as his talent impresses the bride’s family.

Back at Sangam’s house, Vicky’s family eagerly asks for his decision.

Without hesitation, Vicky agrees to the marriage.

The family erupts in celebration.

Sangam is stunned.

She wants to refuse the alliance immediately, but nobody listens. Instead, sweets are distributed while everyone celebrates the match.

Feeling trapped, Sangam silently turns to Khatu Shyam Ji.

She prays for a miracle.

She begs God to send someone who can rescue her from marrying a man she clearly cannot respect.

As her prayer echoes in the background, Krishna is shown on screen.

The episode ends.

Precap: Ajab tells his sons that no father would agree to a marriage proposal when five men arrive together to see a bride. Meanwhile, Krishna hears a radio prediction claiming that people with the Gemini zodiac sign will find true love today. Soon after, an accident occurs. Vicky blames Krishna, but Sangam defends him and says the mistake was theirs. As Krishna looks at Sangam, he finds himself completely mesmerized.

Review

The episode successfully establishes the central conflict between Krishna and Sangam while highlighting the emotional baggage both characters carry. Sangam’s frustration with a controlling marriage proposal and Krishna’s struggle with society’s judgment create a strong emotional foundation for the upcoming love story. The final prayer scene cleverly hints that destiny is already preparing to bring the two together.
