The episode begins on a warm yet emotional note as Ujjaini speaks to Nayanika about the awkward incident involving Ishaan. She admits that she initially got angry when Ishaan addressed her mother by her name. To her, it felt disrespectful. But later, Rose explained that Ishaan has an American upbringing and such behavior is normal for him. Realizing the cultural difference, Ujjaini decides not to take it personally anymore.
With childlike affection, Ujjaini hugs Nayanika and says that apart from her mother, she has no one else in this world. The statement melts Nayanika’s heart. Despite all the struggles life has thrown at her, being a mother remains her greatest strength.
Sensing that Ujjaini might be hungry, Nayanika suggests they have dinner together, hoping to end the day peacefully.
