Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 15th June 2026 Written Update: Abhira Breaks Down as Armaan Leaves Her Behind

The episode opens on an emotional note as Abhira brings Armaan back home after the humiliating events that changed their lives overnight. The once-confident Armaan now looks like a broken man carrying the weight of accusations, rejection, and shattered pride. Abhira silently supports him, trying her best to keep their world from falling apart completely.

As they enter the house, Neelesh warmly welcomes them and surprises Abhira with prasad. He offers blessings to both Abhira and Armaan, hoping to bring some positivity into their lives. But Armaan remains lost in his thoughts. He neither responds nor reacts. The silence around him speaks louder than words. Seeing the tense atmosphere, Neelesh decides to prepare food for them.

Abhira lovingly asks Armaan to eat something. She reminds him that she has cooked his favorite vegetable, hoping food might bring him some comfort. Yet Armaan refuses gently. He says he only wants to sleep. Abhira insists and asks him to at least drink lemonade before resting. But Armaan’s exhaustion is not physical alone—it is emotional, and no meal can heal that pain.

Abhira hides her tears while trying to remain strong. She does not want Armaan to see her breaking down. But Armaan notices everything. Even in his pain, he recognizes the sorrow in Abhira’s eyes. The emotional connection between them remains intact despite the storm around them.

The scene takes an emotional turn as Abhira and Armaan’s alter egos appear, reflecting their inner battles. Armaan confesses that he cannot become a burden on Abhira anymore. Those words strike deeply because the same man who once promised to protect her now feels helpless. Abhira firmly reminds him that they are partners and meant to share every happiness and sorrow together.

She asks him why he refuses to share his pain. Armaan reveals his deepest fear—he had promised to take responsibility for her life, not become someone she has to carry. His wounded pride and guilt consume him from within. Abhira continues acting normal in front of him, while Armaan pretends to sleep, hiding the storm raging inside his heart.

Meanwhile, a fresh problem arises when Abhira learns that Myra and Mukti have gone to the Poddar house despite her clear instructions. Worried about the consequences, she asks Neelesh to look after Armaan while she goes to bring the girls back.

At the Poddar house, Kaveri questions Tanya about whom she was speaking to. Tanya reveals that Myra and Mukti are hiding inside a room. Soon Abhira arrives and questions the girls for disobeying her. But before she can handle the matter, Kaveri once again humiliates her.

Kaveri taunts Abhira mercilessly. She blames her for failing as a mother and a wife. According to Kaveri, Abhira cannot handle her daughters or Armaan. The harsh words pierce Abhira’s heart. Kaveri orders her to take Myra and Mukti away immediately.

Back at home, Armaan silently writes a note for Abhira. Unable to bear the guilt of becoming a burden, he quietly leaves the house. His departure is heartbreaking because he chooses loneliness over love, believing that distancing himself will somehow ease Abhira’s pain.

At the Poddar house, Abhira asks the girls to come with her. Kaveri coldly asks what she will do if they return again. Left with no dignity and no support, Abhira decides to leave. But Myra and Mukti refuse to remain silent. The girls finally question Kaveri about insulting Abhira and disowning Armaan so suddenly. Myra courageously demands answers from Kaveri, proving that children often see truths adults choose to ignore.

The emotional burden finally overwhelms Abhira. She walks alone on the road, completely shattered. Fate places another symbolic moment in her path when she accidentally bumps into a woman carrying a sacred lamp. Abhira quickly saves the lamp from falling.

The woman blesses her and says that God will reward her kindness. But Abhira has lost faith in happiness. She painfully says that God dislikes her and never lets her keep the people she loves. Her words reveal years of silent suffering. She blames herself for ruining the lives of Armaan, Myra, and Mukti. Her guilt has become heavier than her own heartbreak.

The group of women take Abhira along with them, perhaps hinting that support often arrives from unexpected places when life feels darkest.

Back at the Poddar house, Tanya pushes Disha to answer Myra and Mukti’s questions. She even asks Aryan to reveal the truth. But Disha refuses to discuss the matter. Finally, Tanya discloses the truth to the children—Armaan was accused of hitting Disha and was thrown out because he refused to apologize.

Mukti immediately defends Armaan, saying he would never apologize for something he did not do. The statement raises fresh doubts about the truth behind the allegations.

The episode ends with Abhira returning home, unaware that another devastating shock awaits her—Armaan has already left.

Precap: A fierce lawyer Abhira returns as she takes up a new case. The Poddars are stunned when she arrives at their house again. Abhira announces that she is there professionally and asks Krish to prepare for court because Tanya wants a divorce.

Review

Today’s episode belongs entirely to Abhira and Armaan. The writers beautifully portray how love sometimes survives even when circumstances destroy everything else. Armaan’s guilt and Abhira’s silent strength create an emotionally heavy narrative that leaves viewers heartbroken.

Kaveri continues to test viewers’ patience with her harsh behavior, while Myra and Mukti emerge as the unexpected emotional heroes of the episode. The biggest twist, however, is Armaan leaving home. His disappearance is likely to trigger an even bigger emotional storm in the coming episodes.

The symbolic lamp scene with Abhira stands out as one of the finest moments of the episode. It quietly suggests that even when life feels dark, a small light still survives.
