Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 30th June 2026 Written Update: Armaan Forgets Abhira’s Name During the Sangeet

Today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai delivers an emotional mix of forgiveness, family reunions, and heartbreak as the Poddars seek redemption before Armaan’s surgery and wedding. The celebrations turn painful when Armaan’s deteriorating health leaves everyone shaken.

The episode begins with Manisha expressing regret for everything the Poddar family has done. Vidya asks Manisha to return to Udaipur and repent there. When Manoj tries to speak, Vidya stops him, saying that Armaan and Abhira’s wedding is near and they need blessings, not betrayal. She asks the Poddars to leave.

Abhira steps forward and requests Vidya to let the Poddars stay. She reminds everyone that despite their mistakes, the family has loved and supported Armaan at different stages of his life. She says they have every right to stand beside him during both his wedding and his surgery. According to Abhira, Armaan needs all the prayers and positive energy he can get.

Myra warmly invites the Poddars to stay, and Kaveri blesses her for her maturity.

Manisha and Manoj apologize to Armaan and Abhira. Kajal wonders why they never informed the family about Armaan’s illness, but Sanjay stops her. He says they have already lost the right to question them and should instead be thankful that Armaan and Abhira have allowed them to stay.

Krish apologizes to Armaan for blaming him during the court case without knowing about his medical condition. Filled with guilt, he even asks Abhira to slap him because he deserves punishment.

Kaveri, Aryan, and the rest of the family also apologize. Aryan asks Armaan to forgive him. Armaan and Abhira quietly leave, while Madhav asks everyone to begin preparing for the sangeet ceremony.

Aryan tells Disha to leave because he still cannot forgive her until Armaan and Abhira forgive her. Disha decides to remain there and earn their forgiveness through her actions.

Soon, preparations for the celebrations begin. Myra and Mukti announce that the mehendi and sangeet ceremonies will take place together. Vidya asks Abhira to apply the mehendi, while Myra happily takes charge of hosting the event.

The Poddar men, including Sanjay, Manoj, Aryan, Krish, and Madhav, perform first. Mukti notices that despite everyone being together again, the atmosphere still feels awkward. Myra decides to lift everyone’s spirits and make the evening memorable.

The Poddar women perform next. Throughout the performances, Armaan and Abhira quietly watch instead of participating. Vidya stops Disha from joining the dance.

Later, Mukti invites Armaan and Abhira to perform. Abhira politely refuses on Armaan’s behalf, explaining that he needs complete rest before the surgery. Instead, she asks him to sing while she dances.

Armaan surprises Abhira with a thoughtful gift—a framed picture of Abhira and Abhinav. Overwhelmed with emotion, Abhira thanks him.

Armaan begins singing while Abhira dances beautifully. Suddenly, he loses his train of thought and forgets the lyrics. Seeing him struggle, Abhira gently continues the song and completes the performance.

The entire family watches emotionally.

Abhira comforts Armaan and tells him not to worry about forgetting small things. She assures him that he could never forget her.

Moments later, the heartbreaking reality strikes.

Armaan suddenly fails to remember Abhira’s name.

Myra and Mukti are left stunned, while Abhira breaks down in tears as she realizes that Armaan’s condition is worsening faster than expected.

Armaan repeatedly apologizes. Holding back her emotions, Abhira promises that she will help him remember everything again.

To lighten the atmosphere, the Poddar family surrounds the couple and dances around them, making Armaan and Abhira feel loved and supported during the difficult time.

The episode ends.
