Anupama 2nd July 2026 Written Update: Pakhi Accuses Banku of Theft During Ansh’s Haldi Ceremony
Today’s episode begins with Anupama saying that many innocent people will finally get justice now that the fraudsters have been exposed. Leela remarks that if she had caught the fraudsters herself, she would have beaten them up. Anupama jokes that Leela should join the police force, and Leela happily agrees. Anupama then asks everyone to stop discussing the case and focus on Ansh and Prerna’s haldi ceremony.
Digvijay returns from the market with the necessary items. Anupama thanks him for standing by her during Ansh’s difficult time.
Meanwhile, Anupama welcomes Pakhi’s friends, Mona, Alpana, and Sonal. She fondly remembers the days when they used to visit after tuition and demand homemade thepla and tea. Anupama warmly asks what they would like to eat, but Alpana says she is on a strict diet. The friends discuss seeking Pakhi’s help to improve their public image, making Anupama proud of her daughter’s professional success.
Just then, Ishani arrives with Banku. Pakhi’s friends begin gossiping about Ishani’s relationship with Banku and make sarcastic remarks. Watching them together, Pakhi becomes determined to separate Ishani and Banku. She silently vows that their marriage will never happen.
The Shah family gathers to celebrate Ansh and Prerna’s haldi with music and happiness.
Unexpectedly, Gautam arrives to apply haldi to the couple. Paritosh immediately taunts him, asking whether the police will soon catch him red-handed. Gautam grows visibly nervous. Taking advantage of his fear, Paritosh subtly blackmails him. Gautam hands over money and asks him to stay quiet. Paritosh smirks and sarcastically asks why he needs money when he was already willing to keep Gautam’s secret.
Anupama announces that there will be only dancing and happiness during the haldi ceremony and that no one is allowed to cry. The Shah family happily joins the celebrations.
Meanwhile, Pakhi notices Banku following Ishani. Banku gifts Ishani a beautiful pair of earrings. Surprised, Ishani asks how he managed to buy such an expensive gift. Banku proudly says he purchased them with his own hard-earned savings. Ishani sweetly asks him to help her wear the earrings.
Before he can do so, Pakhi interrupts the moment.
Pakhi publicly accuses Banku of stealing money from her purse to buy the earrings. Banku strongly denies the allegation. Pakhi questions how someone with his modest salary could afford such an expensive gift. Banku explains that he saved money for a long time to buy them.
Pakhi refuses to believe him. She claims she lost ₹5,000 today and insists that Banku is the thief.
Anupama asks Pakhi why she wants to spoil Ansh’s special day over assumptions. Digvijay also comes forward to support Banku. Rahi asks Pakhi if she has any actual proof of her accusation.
Pakhi insists that the missing money itself is enough proof. She demands that Anupama throw Banku out of the house immediately.
Ansh also stands by Banku, refusing to believe he is a thief. Anupama firmly defends him as well.
However, Paritosh makes matters worse by claiming that this is not the first time Banku has stolen money.
The episode ends on a tense note.
