Seher Hone Ko Hai 9th July 2026 Written Update: Mahid Blames Seher for Kausar’s Death
The episode begins with Mahid confronting Seher and asking why she is following him. Seher calmly replies that she is not following him as an old acquaintance but as a doctor. She says she dedicated her life to medicine to heal people, and she cannot ignore an injured patient lying before her, whether that person is a friend or an enemy. She reminds Mahid that he fell from the cliff and is bleeding. Ignoring his protests, she firmly asks him to sit on a nearby rock so she can examine his injuries.
Meanwhile, Amal realizes their driver is waiting at a small roadside hotel. She rushes to him and informs him that a man has fallen from the cliff and Seher has gone alone to rescue him. The driver is alarmed and warns Amal that the area is dangerous. He questions why Seher would risk her own life for a stranger, adding that the man could even attack her. Amal refuses to listen to his fears and insists that he accompany her immediately to help Seher. After some persuasion, the driver finally agrees.
Back at the cliff, Seher carefully examines Mahid’s injuries. She removes a thorn lodged in his wound and cleans it before applying first aid. She asks him whether he feels dizzy or uncomfortable, but Mahid denies it. Wanting to rule out a head injury, Seher asks him today’s date and month, which he answers correctly. She then requests him to look directly into her eyes so she can check for signs of internal bleeding.
Mahid suddenly loses his temper and refuses to cooperate. Seher patiently explains that she is only trying to ensure he hasn’t suffered a serious head injury. Mahid coldly tells her that he doesn’t care about his condition and says she has already done more than enough. Seher reminds him that treating patients is her duty and she cannot leave without making sure he is safe.
Mahid bitterly replies that there is no relationship left between them. He tells Seher she no longer has any responsibility toward him.
Unable to hold back his emotions, Mahid recalls everything that happened seven years ago. He says he fought against society to clear Kausar’s name and stood by her when everyone else abandoned her. He even risked his own reputation to protect innocent people from abuse. Yet, despite all his sacrifices, Seher branded him a murderer. Mahid says those painful words have haunted him every single day since then.
Seher is equally emotional. She tells Mahid she has never forgotten that day either and feels as though it happened only yesterday. She reminds him that she became a doctor to fulfill the dream she shared with her mother. Sadly, her mother is no longer alive to witness her achievement. Looking straight at Mahid, Seher declares that no matter how much he tries to defend himself, she still believes he is responsible for her mother’s death.
Mahid asks Seher never to follow him again. He says everything between them ended long ago before walking away, leaving Seher standing alone with tears in her eyes.
Meanwhile, back at the Niyazi mansion, Nazima stubbornly refuses to leave until she meets Mahid. Husna orders her to get out of the house, but Nazima argues that she is also a daughter of the family and has every right to stay there. She accuses Husna of pretending to care for Mahid while secretly trying to control everything around him.
Just then, Haider arrives. Husna complains to him about Nazima’s behavior before calling Insha to ask about Mahid. Insha admits she has been unable to contact him. Hearing this, Haider criticizes Husna, saying she only worries about Mahid while ignoring everyone else. He reminds her that Mahid has never returned her feelings and bluntly says she holds no real authority in the household. According to Haider, she continues living there only because of Dada Huzoor’s wishes.
Elsewhere, Seher loses mobile network coverage while trying to find her way back. Confused and alone, she begins searching for the right path. A man approaches and politely offers to help her. Misunderstanding his intentions, Seher mistakes him for a stalker and runs away in fear.
The man follows her on horseback, trying to explain that he only wants to help. At that very moment, Mahid arrives and stops the horse before it reaches Seher. Still frightened, Seher quickly tells the stranger that Mahid is her husband and warns that he will not spare anyone who tries to trouble her.
The stranger immediately clarifies that he had no bad intentions and only wanted to guide her after she lost her way. He takes his horse and quietly leaves.
Mahid, however, remains cold and distant. Without saying another word to Seher, he turns around and walks away, leaving her heartbroken once again.
The episode ends.

The episode delivers an emotionally charged confrontation between Seher and Mahid as years of pain and misunderstanding finally surface. Their heartbreaking exchange reveals that neither has truly moved on from the past. Seher’s dedication as a doctor contrasts sharply with Mahid’s emotional walls, while the misunderstanding with the horse rider provides a brief but meaningful moment that hints their bond still exists beneath the bitterness. The parallel family drama at the Niyazi mansion further adds tension to the storyline.
