Anupama 13th July 2026 Written Update: Anupama Takes the First Step Towards Her Dream House
Today’s episode begins with Hasmuk expressing how proud he is of Anupama for dreaming of owning a house of her own. He asks her not to pay attention to Paritosh and Pakhi’s negative remarks, reminding her that they have never worked towards building something for themselves. Hasmuk says people who have never chased such dreams cannot understand their value.
He also corrects Leela, saying that since Anupama is living independently, it has become even more important for her to have a home she can truly call her own. Blessing her wholeheartedly, Hasmuk says he is confident she will fulfill her dream one day.
Anupama becomes emotional and tells Hasmuk that she wants to earn a house not only for herself but also for Digvijay, who has stood by her through every challenge. Digvijay assures her that he will support her dream at every step and encourages her never to stop believing in herself.
Meanwhile, at the Kothari house, Vasundhara apologizes to Rahi on Prem’s behalf. Khyati says anger often makes people lose control and behave differently. Vasundhara advises Prem not to let anger consume him the way it consumed Parag. She recalls how Parag failed to overcome his pain and eventually walked away from the family. Vasundhara says she never wants Rahi to suffer the way Khyati once did.
Emotionally, she asks Prem and Rahi to promise that they will never separate. She confesses that even the thought of losing someone she loves frightens her deeply. Prem and Rahi assure her that they will always remain together.
Prem then asks Rahi if she will continue holding his hand forever. Rahi happily promises to stay by his side. Motivated by her support, Prem says he wants to win the upcoming cooking competition and asks Rahi to stand with him throughout the journey.
However, Rahi reminds him that victory only matters if it is achieved honestly. She firmly tells Prem that he must compete fairly without taking any shortcuts. Prem agrees and promises both Rahi and his family that he will play the competition with complete honesty. Khyati and Vasundhara bless him and wish him success.
Elsewhere, Prerna is lost in thought because of her recent argument with Leela. Ansh notices her mood and asks if she is going to the café. Prerna tells him she is planning to meet a friend who has recently returned from the United States and even invites him to join them.
Ansh politely refuses and encourages her to enjoy time with her friend instead. Before she leaves, he suggests that she inform Leela since she is the eldest member of the family.
Prerna immediately gets offended. She says she has no problem informing Leela but refuses to live under unnecessary rules and restrictions. She explains that she doesn’t want Leela to think she needs permission every time she steps out of the house. Prerna also admits she is still upset because Leela scolded her over using the new dinner set. Ignoring Ansh’s advice, she leaves without informing Leela.
Later, the much-awaited cooking competition begins.
The judges meet Anupama and Prem and are surprised to learn that they are related as mother-in-law and son-in-law while competing from opposing teams. They mention that it is the first time they have witnessed such an unusual family rivalry in the competition.
Prem asks whether their relationship creates any problem. The judges assure him that they have no objection and proceed to explain the competition rules.
When they suggest visiting each other’s cafés, Prem immediately refuses to step inside Anupama’s café. He also refuses to invite Anupama into his own café.
Digvijay comes up with a practical solution by suggesting that all official meetings be held outside both cafés to avoid unnecessary tension. The judges agree with the idea.
They then announce exciting news that surprises everyone. The prize money has now been increased to ₹50 lakh.
Hearing this, Digvijay happily tells Anupama that it feels as though the universe itself is supporting her dream of building her own house.
The judges further announce that the first round will be a family team challenge. Every participant must build a team using their family members.
Listening from a distance, Paritosh and Pakhi immediately become interested after hearing about the huge prize money. Pakhi points out that Anupama rarely lets them enter her café, but the reward is too tempting to ignore.
The siblings quickly decide to join Anupama’s team solely because of the prize money.
They approach Anupama and request her to include them in her team.
Anupama, however, refuses to make the decision so easily. She tells them they must first pass a small cooking test before becoming part of her team.
Confidently, both Pakhi and Paritosh accept the challenge.
Meanwhile, Prem begins selecting members for his own team. He first requests Vasundhara to join him. Vasundhara politely declines, saying she has never cooked outside her own kitchen and may not be suitable for such a competition. Instead, she recommends Khyati.
Prem and Rahi together persuade Khyati to become part of their team. Anil also encourages Khyati to support Prem during the competition. Raja reminds her that Prem needs every possible advantage to win.
Shruti also insists that Khyati’s experience will be valuable for the team.
Still uncertain, Khyati hesitates.
Rahi gently asks if she is worried that participating against Anupama might affect their relationship. Khyati admits she needs some time to think before making such a difficult decision.
Prem then says that Rahi, Shruti, and Meeta have already agreed to join him, but he still needs one more member.
Meeta immediately suggests Pari’s name.
Pari appears nervous after hearing the suggestion. Despite her hesitation, Meeta pressures her to support Prem’s team.
Watching everything, Vasundhara sadly remarks that despite belonging to such a large family, Prem is still struggling to build a complete team.
Shruti emotionally asks Khyati whether she truly wants Prem to lose the competition. Vasundhara also urges Khyati to think only about Prem’s future before making her final decision.
Back at Anupama’s café, Anupama begins testing Pakhi and Paritosh.
She asks Paritosh to identify nutmeg and mace from a tray full of different spices. At the same time, she asks Pakhi to knead dough properly.
To make the test more challenging, Anupama takes away both of their mobile phones so they cannot search for answers online.
Without their phones, Pakhi and Paritosh struggle badly to complete the simple tasks, leaving Anupama quietly observing whether they truly deserve a place on her team.
