Sairaab 13th July 2026 Written Update: Ujjaini Questions Ishaan as Nayanika Faces a Tough Treatment Decision

The episode begins with Ishaan bringing Nayanika out of his room, leaving her surprised to see Ujjaini and Shisho waiting outside. Ujjaini immediately questions Nayanika about why she was inside Ishaan’s room. Nayanika calmly explains that she had come to meet Ishaan, but after feeling dizzy, she unintentionally fell asleep. Ujjaini reveals that she had actually come to apologize to Ishaan for her earlier behaviour.

During the conversation, Ishaan invites Shisho to visit Mumbai and once again raises the topic of Nayanika’s treatment. Ujjaini admits she still hasn’t decided whether Mumbai is the right place for Nayanika’s treatment. Ishaan gently reminds everyone that the final decision belongs to Nayanika alone.

However, Ujjaini points out that Ishaan views life differently because he is alone, whereas Nayanika has a daughter and an entire family depending on her. Nayanika ends the discussion by saying she will make the decision herself. Before leaving with Ujjaini and Shisho, she asks Ishaan to take care of himself.

The following morning, Indrani asks Nayanika to accompany the family to Neil’s house for Rohan’s birthday celebrations, reminding her that they are all one family. Nayanika politely refuses, explaining that she cannot take leave from work. Shreya questions why she cannot take a couple of days off, but Nayanika says she will attend Rohan’s birthday later because she promised him. She also makes it clear that she will not arrive early to help with the preparations, even if she gets leave.

Ujjaini supports Nayanika and sarcastically asks whether everyone expects her to go to her ex-husband’s house early in the morning just to prepare for his son’s birthday.

Elsewhere, Mini asks Ujjaini when she will return home. Ujjaini replies that she hasn’t decided yet. Indrani reminds her that Rohan is her brother and loves her dearly. Shreya also tries to convince her by mentioning Rohan’s affection.

Ujjaini, however, becomes upset that everyone seems more concerned about the birthday party than Nayanika’s health. Indrani says Nayanika never listens to anyone’s advice anyway and now has plenty of people around her to guide her. She also reveals that Neil genuinely wants to help Nayanika but she refuses to accept his support. When Shreya asks where Nayanika plans to undergo treatment, Nayanika replies that she has an appointment with the doctors today and has not made any decision yet.

Meanwhile, Rohan expresses his concern about Nayanika’s illness to Angana. She reassures him that the disease is not very serious and reminds him that Neil had offered to help but was turned down. Rohan questions why Nayanika should accept help from Neil and asks whether Angana would have done the same if she were in Nayanika’s position. Angana avoids the discussion, asking him not to interfere in elders’ matters. Rohan simply requests her to take care of Nayanika.

At the hospital, Nayanika meets Dr. Shikha and senior doctor Subhash to discuss her treatment options. After stepping out of the consultation room, she notices Neil entering the cabin.

Neil tells Subhash that since he is a specialist in the department, he wants to participate in Nayanika’s treatment. Curious, Subhash asks since when Nayanika became so special to Neil. He also reveals that he has already advised Nayanika to continue her treatment in Mumbai.

Later at college, Shisho asks Ujjaini whether she felt uncomfortable after seeing Nayanika at Ishaan’s hotel room. Ujjaini admits that she never expected Nayanika to be sleeping in Ishaan’s bedroom. Shisho asks her to understand Nayanika’s condition instead of judging the situation. He points out that Ishaan genuinely cares for Nayanika and always looks after her.

Although Ujjaini acknowledges Ishaan’s concern, she firmly states that she will never accept any relationship between Nayanika and Ishaan beyond friendship.

The episode ends.
