The episode starts with Farid offering Seher a job under his guidance. He encourages her to pursue her MD while working with him. Seher wonders why he is offering her such an opportunity.
Farid explains that he is genuinely proud to see her fulfill her late mother’s dream of becoming a doctor. He says he wants to help her grow professionally by sharing his experience and knowledge. He then admits there is also a selfish reason behind the offer. Since he cannot stay away from Amal, he hopes Seher working in Lucknow will give him more chances to meet her because he misses her deeply.
Seher replies that Amal is stubborn and reminds Farid how she created a scene the last time he tried to meet her. She is unsure how Amal would react now.
Farid points out that seven years have passed, yet none of them have truly moved on from the past. Seher says she can never forget what happened because innocent people, including her mother, lost their lives. She makes it clear that she cannot settle in Lucknow. Farid respects her decision and asks her to contact him if she ever changes her mind.
Meanwhile, Mahid tells Seba that Seher administered an experimental trial drug to Kaiz when his heart had stopped beating. He reveals that the medicine successfully revived Kaiz’s heartbeat. Seba is shocked by the revelation. Mahid leaves to complete the discharge formalities.

Later, Seher secretly takes Kaiz’s medical report to review his condition herself. Mahid notices her actions and follows her. Seher hides beneath a bed, but Mahid immediately realizes where she is and asks her to come out.
Mahid questions why she stole Kaiz’s report. Seher explains that, as a doctor, she simply wanted to monitor Kaiz’s recovery after administering the emergency medicine.
Soon afterward, Seher meets Seba and honestly reveals everything about the trial drug. Seba angrily scolds her for making such a major medical decision without consulting her senior doctors.
She then hands Seher a termination letter and also shows her the official complaint filed by Insha. Seba warns Seher that this dismissal will permanently damage her professional reputation and make it almost impossible for her to find another job.
Heartbroken after losing her career, Seher immediately calls Mahid and asks him to meet her.
