Tum Dena Saath Mera 14th July 2026 Written Update: Rakshit Harshly Rejects Aparajita’s Resignation
The episode begins with Dubey informing Aparajita that simply submitting her resignation is not enough. He explains that the HR department will only process it after Rakshit signs the resignation letter. Realizing she has no choice, Aparajita tells Malti that she has to visit the office to complete the formalities. Malti silently praises Rakshit for creating this opportunity and encourages Aparajita to go.
Soon, Aparajita reaches the office. Ira taunts her, saying she never gives up. Aparajita calmly replies that she has only come to submit her official resignation. Ira is delighted by the news and remarks that it is the best outcome for herself, Rakshit, and Aparajita.
Meanwhile, Aradhya meets Vivaan and tells him that his love gave her the courage to break her engagement. Vivaan promises to fight the world for their relationship and suggests speaking to her family immediately. However, Aradhya stops him, saying everyone would think she ended her engagement because of him. She asks him to wait for the right time. Vivaan agrees, while Aradhya secretly feels pleased that she can now pursue a wealthy future.
Back at the office, Rakshit nervously prepares himself before facing Aparajita. He reminds himself that he is her boss. Aparajita enters his cabin and hands him her work report along with the resignation letter.
Instead of accepting the papers, Rakshit throws them aside and angrily scolds her.
At that moment, Ira enters the cabin and asks Rakshit to calm down. She reminds him that the company has already suffered a loss of ₹10 crore. Rakshit bitterly remarks that nobody values loyalty anymore. He tells Aparajita that if she truly wants to leave, then he will fire her himself. Ira advises Rakshit to handle the matter peacefully before leaving.
Elsewhere, Vivaan continues chatting with Aradhya. Sudha notices him smiling and asks if someone has entered his life. Vivaan shyly asks whether she would approve of his choice. Sudha replies that as long as his choice is not like Aparajita’s, she has no objection. After she leaves, Aradhya laughs while reading Vivaan’s messages. Malti later asks Aradhya to reconcile with Rohan, but Aradhya refuses.
Back in the office, Rakshit informs Aparajita that she cannot leave immediately because her employment contract includes a mandatory three-month notice period.
Aparajita is shocked and says she cannot stay for another three months. Rakshit coldly tells her that she cannot continue taking advantage of him. He reminds her that she has already ended not only her job but also their friendship. He adds that from now on, she is no different from any other employee.
His harsh words deeply hurt Aparajita. She leaves the cabin in tears, while Rakshit struggles to control his emotions after watching her walk away. Unable to bear the pain, he calls Malti, but she deliberately ignores his call.
Meanwhile, Vivaan secretly visits Aradhya’s house. She is shocked to see him there. Just then, Malti returns from the market and knocks on the door. Mistaking someone else’s presence, she happily believes Rohan has come. Panicking, Aradhya quickly asks Vivaan to hide.
Elsewhere, Ira calls Sudha and informs her that Rakshit has fired Aparajita. Sudha feels relieved, believing Rakshit has finally listened to her advice.
Later, Dubey offers Aparajita a glass of water and comforts her. He tells her that three months will pass quickly. Aparajita regrets signing the employment contract without knowing about the notice period clause. Dubey encourages her using Rakshit’s own motivational words. Smiling faintly, Aparajita praises Dubey and remarks that Rakshit should learn kindness from him.
Watching everything from a distance, Rakshit silently realizes that hurting Aparajita is proving far more painful than he had imagined.

The episode beautifully captures the emotional conflict between Aparajita and Rakshit. While Rakshit deliberately behaves harshly to push her away, his inner struggle reveals that he is suffering just as much. The growing misunderstandings, combined with Aradhya’s hidden motives and Ira’s satisfaction, continue to build emotional tension for the upcoming episodes.
