Anupama 15th July 2026 Written Update: Prem Declares He Wants Anupama to Lose. The episode begins with Ansh asking Banku how he plans to manage the kitchen all by himself. Banku confidently replies that he will cook exactly the way Anupama taught him. He says Anupama has explained every recipe in detail and that there will be no compromise on taste.
Hasmuk announces that Banku will handle the kitchen while the competition is underway. Seeing Ansh, Hasmuk, and Banku working together as a team leaves Anupama emotional. Hasmuk firmly tells everyone that until the competition ends, no one should disturb either Anupama or Digvijay. He asks them to stop worrying about the café and focus entirely on winning the competition.
Ansh asks Anupama whether she has found out who will be competing from Prem’s team in the second round. Anupama says they should concentrate on their own performance instead of thinking about the opposition. Digvijay agrees that they will find out everything once the competition begins.
Just then, Khyati arrives and requests to speak to Anupama privately.
Meanwhile, Prem and Rahi carefully review their preparations. Anil and Raja assure Prem that they will take complete responsibility for running the café during his absence. Although Prem remains worried, Anil reminds him that just as Rahi worries about Pranshi, Prem is worrying about his café.
Shruti suggests hiring an experienced manager to supervise the café while Prem participates in the competition. Anil feels offended and asks whether she does not trust him. Prem immediately reassures Anil that he has complete faith in both him and Raja.
Elsewhere, Khyati tells Anupama that Prem wants her to be part of his team, but she is uncomfortable competing against Anupama.
Anupama calmly advises Khyati to treat the event as a healthy competition rather than a personal battle. She encourages Khyati to support Prem wholeheartedly without worrying about their friendship. Inspired by Anupama’s words, Khyati finally agrees to join Prem’s team.
Later, Raja asks Prem whether he knows who is on Anupama’s team. Prem says he is not interested in their lineup and wants to focus only on his own strategy. However, he remains anxious because Meeta is still trying to convince Pari, leaving his team incomplete.
Khyati arrives and tells Prem that she has decided to support him. Prem is delighted after hearing her decision.
Elsewhere, Prerna feels nervous about the upcoming competition, fearing she might disappoint Anupama. Ansh comforts and encourages her.
Ishani is equally anxious. Banku shares cooking tips with her and motivates her to stay confident.
At home, Paritosh jokingly tells Kinjal that since she is doing more work than Anupama, she should demand extra money. Kinjal responds by throwing a pillow at him. Paritosh accuses her of physically abusing him, while Kinjal counters that he constantly mentally tortures her.
Meanwhile, Digvijay speaks emotionally to Saavi’s photograph about the competition.
Mahi silently hopes that if Anupama wins the prize money, she will receive financial help to rebuild her own life.
Later, Rahi notices Prem looking restless and asks him what is bothering him. Prem admits that he desperately wants to win because defeating Anupama will prove that he has rebuilt the dream he believes she once destroyed.
On the other hand, Rahi silently prays that the better team wins fairly.
Anupama, meanwhile, reminds herself that victory is important because she wants to fulfill her dream of building a house of her own.
As the night passes, both teams stay awake preparing for the big day. Hasmuk blesses Anupama’s team, while Vasundhara prays for Prem’s success.
Finally, the cooking competition begins.
The host welcomes all the contestants and asks every team to pose for the cameras. Prem’s and Anupama’s teams receive special attention as family members competing against each other.
Several contestants question whether it is fair for members of the same family to compete on opposite sides. Some even speculate that serious family issues must have forced them into becoming rivals before the entire nation.
The host then invites Prem and Anupama for a special photoshoot.
Anupama sincerely wishes Prem’s team good luck, but Prem coldly replies that his team does not need her blessings. His arrogant attitude leaves everyone surprised.
As the host begins explaining the rules, Leela jokingly asks Hasmuk why he is discussing the Mahabharat instead of starting the competition. Hasmuk simply asks her to wait patiently.
During the preparations, Anupama accidentally bumps into Rahi and gently reminds her not to get overexcited or risk hurting herself. She blesses Rahi with all her heart.
Rahi respectfully touches Anupama’s feet. Instead of praying for her own success, Anupama asks God to bless Rahi with victory.
Touched by her generosity, Rahi tells Anupama that she doesn’t need anyone’s luck because she is already the best.
Meanwhile, Prem remains obsessed with defeating Anupama. Digvijay advises him to concentrate on winning through his own efforts instead of focusing on Anupama’s defeat.
Prem firmly declares that he doesn’t just want victory—he wants Anupama to lose.
As Anupama and Rahi return to their respective teams, Anupama asks about the judges. Her teammates decide to study the judges’ preferences and prepare a winning strategy. At the same time, Khyati encourages Prem’s team to finalize their own game plan.
