Bareilly Ke Bacchan 16th July 2026 Written Update: Sangam’s Family Rejects Her as Krishna Stands by Her

The episode begins with the tea vendor and Bhushan mocking Ajab, claiming that Krishna must have deceived Sangam into marrying him. They predict that the newlywed bride will soon abandon the Bachhan family after seeing their poor living conditions. Ajab fiercely defends his son and confidently challenges the entire neighbourhood, declaring that Krishna and Sangam will always remain together.

Meanwhile, Sangam suddenly collapses after receiving the shocking news about her father. The neighbours immediately begin gossiping, accusing the Bachhan family of mistreating their new daughter-in-law.

Krishna rushes to Sangam and asks what happened. Through tears, Sangam reveals that Raghuvendra has suffered a heart attack. Blaming herself for his condition, she regrets not going with him earlier and believes none of this would have happened if she had made a different decision.

Seeing her emotional state, Ganga asks Krishna to take Sangam to meet her father without wasting any time. Krishna agrees and immediately drives her there.

As they leave, the neighbours continue spreading rumours that the Bachhan family’s bride has run away from the house on the very first day. Satlaj loses his patience and drives them away.

Soon, Paramesh arrives to taunt Ajab, claiming his daughter-in-law has already abandoned the family. Bhushan joins in the mockery, but Ajab refuses to believe them. Moments later, he sees Krishna driving away with Sangam, leaving him visibly heartbroken. Bhushan cruelly suggests that Ajab should now sell his house and leave the locality because he has lost all respect. Hurt by the insults, Ajab quietly walks away.

On the way, Krishna receives a call from the police inspector informing him that their marriage has now been officially registered. The inspector asks both Krishna and Sangam to visit the police station and collect their marriage certificate.

Krishna becomes worried. He knows Sangam is already emotionally shattered, and revealing that their marriage is now legally valid will only make the situation even more difficult for her.

Back at home, Aarti questions Satlaj about the rumours spreading across the neighbourhood. She asks whether the new bride really left the house in tears. Irritated by the endless gossip, Satlaj refuses to answer and walks away.

Meanwhile, Krishna and Sangam arrive at her family home. Sangam desperately asks Nirgun where her father has been admitted.

Instead of helping her, Nirgun coldly tells Sangam that after marrying a mere driver, she no longer belongs to their family. He throws both Sangam and Krishna out of the house.

Heartbroken, Sangam breaks down in tears while Krishna quietly goes to bring her some water.

At that moment, Vicky arrives and offers to help Sangam meet her father. However, his true intentions soon become clear. He shamelessly asks Sangam to marry him, promising that he will reunite her with her family if she accepts.

Krishna witnesses everything.

Without hesitation, Sangam slaps Vicky across the face.

Furious, Vicky blames Krishna for ruining everything and attempts to hit Sangam. Krishna immediately stops him before he can raise his hand.

Still overwhelmed with emotions, Sangam turns her anger towards Krishna. She reminds him that she never wanted to marry him and says all the problems in her life began because he refused to listen to her wishes.

Ignoring the accusations, Krishna gently tells her that meeting her father is more important than arguing and takes her to the hospital.

At the hospital, Sangam rushes towards the ICU and asks her mother about Raghuvendra’s condition.

Instead of comforting her daughter, Sangam’s mother slaps her.

She accuses Sangam of destroying the family’s honour by marrying a driver and calls her shameless for bringing Krishna to the hospital.

Watching the heartbreaking scene, Krishna silently steps away.

Sangam desperately begs her mother to listen to the truth just once, but she refuses. When Sangam pleads to see her father, her mother bitterly tells her to go inside and “finish his life as well.”

Devastated by her mother’s cruel words, Sangam breaks down once again.

The episode ends.

Precap

The Bachchan family plans to perform Krishna and Sangam’s wedding rituals once again in Bareilly. However, Sangam firmly tells Krishna that she will never return to Bareilly.

Review

The episode delivers an emotional rollercoaster as Sangam faces complete rejection from her own family despite desperately wanting to be with her ailing father. Krishna’s quiet support throughout the episode highlights his sincerity, while Vicky’s opportunistic proposal further exposes his true character. The growing divide between duty, love, and family honour keeps the emotional intensity high and sets up a compelling conflict for the upcoming episodes.

Rating: 4.4/5
