Mannat 16th July 2026 Written Update: Abhimanyu Cancels Mannat’s Catering to Stay Away From Her

The episode begins with Manyata questioning Samragi about her private conversation with Ankit. Ankit quickly covers up the situation by saying they were discussing business matters. Samragi changes the topic and tells Manyata that some guests are waiting to meet her.

Meanwhile, Mannat returns home with the children. Dhairya complains that he had been waiting for them for a long time. Mannat apologizes for getting late, but Bunty excitedly blurts out that their “MM” mission was a huge success and everyone loved the food they served.

Curious, Dhairya asks what “MM” means. Mannat immediately lies, saying it stands for “Mission Mezbani” and explains that everyone praised Dua’s special dessert. Dhairya happily appreciates Dua’s talent.

In a cheerful mood, Mannat suggests celebrating their success with Dhairya’s coffee. He happily agrees and goes to prepare it.

After he leaves, Dua scolds Bunty for almost revealing the truth to Dhairya. Bunty apologizes and promises to be more careful in the future. Dua silently hopes that Vikrant is remembering them somewhere.

Elsewhere, Abhimanyu sits alone, staring at the bracelet that continues to trigger memories from his forgotten past. He prays to God to help him regain his memory, admitting that he feels completely confused.

Samragi enters with a glass of milk. Abhimanyu tells her she doesn’t need to take care of him like this every day, but Samragi lovingly replies that she has been doing it ever since he was born. Before leaving, she praises him for saving Dua earlier in the day.

Later that night, Ankit privately questions Samragi about her growing suspicion of Mannat. Worried someone might see them together, Samragi still insists they must continue investigating.

She tells Ankit that something feels unusual about Mannat and Abhimanyu’s connection. According to her, discovering the truth is essential because Manyata is deeply in love with Abhimanyu, and any hidden relationship between Mannat and Abhimanyu could destroy both their business plans and Manyata’s future.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu struggles with his own emotions. Although Mannat keeps appearing in his thoughts, he reminds himself that he has promised to marry Manyata. Determined to stay loyal to her, he decides to maintain his distance from Mannat.

The following morning, Mannat gets ready to leave for Mezbani.

Dhairya reminds her that the lawyer has been arranged to complete the property will transfer, something she had forgotten amid the recent chaos. He confidently says that once the paperwork is finished, Vikrant’s chapter will finally end forever.

Mannat immediately understands Dhairya’s hidden motive and refuses to proceed. She asks him to think about Roni’s fragile health first.

Just then, Roni sadly tells Mannat that he has accepted the painful truth that his son is no longer alive. Hearing his words, Mannat desperately wishes she could reveal that Vikrant is actually alive but remains helpless.

Elsewhere, Ankit teases Vibha about following a strict diet.

Soon after, Abhimanyu arrives and shocks everyone by announcing that Mannat’s catering contract has been cancelled. He reveals that another wedding planner will now handle the food arrangements.

Manyata becomes upset by his sudden decision, worrying that changing caterers at the last moment will create unnecessary problems for the wedding.

Privately, however, Samragi feels relieved. She believes Abhimanyu has unknowingly done the right thing by creating distance between himself and Mannat.

When Samragi volunteers to inform Mannat about the cancellation herself, Abhimanyu stops her. He insists on informing Mannat personally.

Samragi becomes nervous and immediately asks Ankit and Vibha to accompany Abhimanyu so he doesn’t meet Mannat alone.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu reaches Mezbani and waits for Mannat’s arrival. Deep down, he admits to himself that there is an unexplained connection between them. Yet he reminds himself that he owes loyalty to Manyata, making distance the safest option.

Nearby, Vibha begins taking selfies around the restaurant. Kumar panics, fearing she might accidentally notice Vikrant’s photograph displayed inside.

Just then, Mannat arrives at Mezbani.

Kumar quietly informs her that Vikrant is there and deliberately blocks Dhairya’s path, setting the stage for another emotional confrontation.

The episode ends.

Precap

Mannat finally reveals the truth to Abhimanyu about his real identity. However, Samragi secretly overhears their conversation and vows that she will never allow Mannat and Abhimanyu to reunite.

Review

The episode builds emotional tension rather than delivering major revelations. Abhimanyu’s decision to cancel Mannat’s catering reflects his inner struggle as he tries to suppress his growing feelings despite repeatedly being drawn toward her. Samragi’s increasing suspicion adds another layer of suspense, while the final moments promise a dramatic face-to-face meeting that could change the course of the story.
