Anupama 18th July 2026 Written Update: Anupama Advances While Prem’s Arrogance Creates New Tensions
The episode begins with Gujarat Raja Chatwale winning the family round of the cooking competition. Prem’s team also secures a place in the next stage. The host announces that the final result will now be between Royal Dining and Love You Zindagi Café.
Anupama grows emotional as she remembers her struggles and silently prays to God not to shatter her dream of building a house. The host initially announces Royal Dining as the winner, leaving Anupama and her teammates heartbroken. However, he quickly corrects himself and reveals that Love You Zindagi Café has actually qualified for the next round, while Royal Dining has been eliminated. Anupama’s team is overjoyed by the unexpected announcement.
Khyati notices Prem’s shocked reaction and reminds him that experienced players like Anupama never give up easily. Rahi says she always believed Anupama would advance. Vasundhara remarks that it is good Anupama is still in the competition because Prem now has a worthy rival. Leela reminds her that Anupama has indeed qualified, while Vasundhara says she already knows.
Meanwhile, the judges share their feedback. Manpreet bluntly tells Anupama to stop mixing emotions and tears into her cooking. She advises Anupama to move beyond her housewife image because the competition is searching for an international-level chef. Anupama respectfully accepts the criticism and promises to improve. Roy and Sikander also offer constructive suggestions. Manpreet openly praises Prem’s performance, while Mahi notices that the judge seems to favor him. Pari defends Rahi and advises Prem to learn from Anupama, who quietly focused on cooking instead of shouting at her teammates. Prem loses his temper and tells Pari not to lecture him. He cruelly reminds her that she only joined the team because they needed an extra member. Pari is left deeply hurt by his insensitive words.
Finally, Anupama requests everyone in the Shah family to stop fighting and allow her to focus on the competition. She tells Mahi not to return to her old habit of constantly complaining. Anupama reminds everyone that they are one team, assures them each person will get a fair opportunity, and asks the family to maintain peace until the competition is over.
