Dr. Aarambhi 18th July 2026 Written Update: Aarambhi Exposes the Dowry Truth as Balbir Learns the Shocking Reality
The episode begins with Vishwas questioning Aarambhi about why she is creating such a huge issue over the dowry. Aarambhi firmly replies that the biggest problem is that relationships are being measured by money instead of love and respect. She tells Vishwas that no matter what name he gives it, dowry will always remain dowry.
Vishwas mocks Aarambhi for making such a big issue out of it. He asks whether his family had ever demanded dowry from her parents. Aarambhi confidently replies that if Vishwas had asked her family for dowry before their marriage, she would never have agreed to marry him.
Vishwas explains that the Tandon family is facing a severe financial crisis and desperately needs the ₹100 crore offered by Naira’s family. Aarambhi refuses to accept his justification and says financial problems should be solved through hard work, not by accepting illegal money. Vishwas sarcastically asks whether she has ever even seen ₹100 crore in her life.
Aarambhi refuses to back down. She boldly declares that she will do everything possible to stop her family from committing the crime of accepting dowry. Determined to expose the truth, she decides to tell Raj everything before the wedding. However, as she attempts to leave, she comes face-to-face with Sunil.
Sunil reveals that he overheard the entire argument. He openly admits that the family has accepted money from Naira’s parents. Instead of feeling guilty, Sunil warns Aarambhi to stop creating drama immediately. He threatens to lock her inside a room until the wedding is completed if she continues interfering.
The warning leaves Aarambhi shocked, but she silently resolves that she cannot allow the wedding to proceed under such circumstances. She immediately starts looking for another way to stop it.
Meanwhile, elsewhere, a tea vendor arrives at a police station and hands over an envelope to a constable. He explains that a woman wearing a hoodie gave him the envelope and instructed him to deliver it to the police.
The police inspector and constable open the envelope and discover a video showing Sunil discussing the ₹100 crore transaction with Naira’s parents.
After verifying the footage, the police confirm that the video is genuine. Realizing that it is clear evidence in a dowry case, they decide to immediately intervene and stop Raj and Naira’s wedding.
Back at the Tandon house, Balbir and Manju arrive for the wedding celebrations. Balbir is surprised that none of the family members have come forward to welcome the guests.
Dhruv greets Aarambhi’s parents and warmly welcomes them into the house. He proudly tells Balbir that he personally helped Aarambhi with all the wedding decorations. When Balbir asks why Aarambhi has not come downstairs yet, Dhruv explains that she is busy making the rangoli and has not had time to get ready.
Soon, Aarambhi arrives with little Vihaan. After speaking briefly with Balbir, Dhruv quietly leaves.
Manju tells Aarambhi that she should have finished getting ready instead of working. Balbir notices the tension on Aarambhi’s face and asks if something is wrong. Aarambhi tries to hide her worries and says everything is fine.
However, Vihaan innocently reveals the truth. He tells Balbir that Aarambhi is upset because Vishwas used a “bad word.”
Curious, Balbir asks what Vishwas said.
Without realizing the seriousness of the situation, Vihaan blurts out that Vishwas proudly said accepting dowry was a good thing.
Balbir is left completely shocked by the revelation.
