The episode begins with Samira apologizing to Garima for not being able to help her at the police station. She says it is good that Krish’s family came to her rescue. Garima asks Samira not to overthink the matter and casually shows her the ₹5,000 she received. Samira jokingly demands a share of the money, saying she also took a risk. Garima refuses and playfully snatches the cash back from Samira.
Meanwhile, Rounak gets frustrated because every plan they make against Tulsi continues to fail. Samira blames Rounak for being unsuccessful, while he challenges them to come up with better ideas if they think they are smarter. Just then, Karan overhears their conversation. The trio panics, fearing he has discovered their plotting. However, Karan simply questions why they are still awake so late at night. Garima quickly covers up the situation, saying they were about to sleep. Rounak wishes Karan good night, and after he leaves, Samira locks the door while Garima happily goes to bed with her money.
Elsewhere, Damini and Sobha close the windows as heavy rain begins outside. Sobha tells Damini that Tulsi has gone to meet Arundhati because she has been unwell. Damini remarks that Tulsi has shared a deep bond with Arundhati for the past ten years, while Sobha praises Tulsi’s caring nature. Suddenly, loud thunder echoes across the house.
The next morning, Karan discovers that Rounak is missing. He questions Garima and Samira about his whereabouts, but neither knows where he is. Nandini informs Karan that she contacted Rounak’s friends without any success. Furious, Karan criticizes Nandini, Samira, and Garima for their carelessness.
Soon, Karan receives a shocking phone call informing him that Rounak has been arrested in connection with a ₹3 crore fraud case. Karan immediately rushes to the police station and demands proof. The police explain that the investigation is still underway and advise him to apply for bail. Rounak insists that someone is deliberately framing him. Karan assures his son that he will secure his release and expose the real culprit.
Nandini becomes anxious, worrying that if the news spreads, the family’s reputation will be destroyed. Karan decides to seek legal help and contacts Hemant. However, Hemant is unable to assist because of an important factory inspection. Instead, he advises Karan to approach Gautam, one of the country’s best lawyers.
Despite the recommendation, Karan refuses to ask Gautam for help because of their bitter past. At Gautam’s house, Sobha and Gayatri urge him to help Rounak for the family’s sake. Gautam remains upset with Karan for destroying his son Parth’s happiness and declares that Karan must personally request his help if he wants him to take the case.
Meanwhile, Karan tells Nandini that another lawyer, Saksena, will handle the matter. He confidently says he does not need anyone else’s support and promises to bring Rounak home.
However, the situation takes another turn when Karan learns that Saksena has suffered a heart attack. Nandini panics as their last hope disappears. Karan unsuccessfully tries to contact another lawyer, Mr. Chopra. Left with no other option, Nandini decides to approach Gautam herself.
At the police station, Rounak desperately calls Karan, pleading with him to get him out of jail. Karan comforts his son and promises that he will not let him remain behind bars. Looking at Parth’s photograph, Karan becomes emotional and apologizes to him, admitting that he must now do everything possible to save Rounak.
Finally, Gautam agrees to take up Rounak’s case—but only on one condition, leaving Karan and Nandini facing another difficult challenge.
