Anupama 22nd July 2026 Written Update: Anupama Battles Through Pain While Prem Faces a Tough Challenge
Today’s episode begins with Gautam secretly hoping for Anupama’s defeat. He says that if she loses the competition, all his wishes will finally come true. Meanwhile, back at home, Leela anxiously asks Hasmuk how Anupama will possibly complete such a physically demanding task with her injured hand.
Pari cannot hide her concern for Anupama and keeps worrying about her condition. Prem notices Pari’s distraction and asks her to concentrate on her own team instead of thinking about Anupama. When Pari continues expressing concern, Prem playfully silences her. Shruti remarks that Prem would never have helped Anupama if she had been facing elimination. Prem confidently replies that only he has the right to eliminate Anupama from the competition.
Soon, the host announces an important twist. Instead of contestants choosing their own partners, the judges will decide the pairings.
Anupama is paired with Digvijay, while Prerna and Mahi are tied together as one team. Kinjal is partnered with Ishani, and Prem is paired with Rahi.

Later, destiny returns the favour when Anupama accidentally loses her balance. Before she can fall, Prem quickly catches her and prevents another serious injury.
