Sairaab 22nd July 2026 Written Update: Bishu Wants Nayanika to Marry Ishaan While Neil Leaves for Mumbai
Today’s episode begins with Nayanika checking on Ishaan after his terrifying kidnapping ordeal. She quietly tells Bishu that Ishaan is finally asleep and needs complete rest. Bishu is overwhelmed with guilt and blames himself for failing to protect Ishaan despite it being his responsibility.
Nayanika immediately comforts him and tells him not to hold himself responsible for what happened. She explains that the kidnapping was not his fault and reminds him that the most important thing is that Ishaan has returned home safely. She says they must now focus on strengthening his security so such an incident never happens again.
Bishu reveals that Ishaan had personally removed the earlier security arrangements. Nayanika firmly replies that regardless of his previous decisions, Ishaan’s safety must now become everyone’s highest priority. The next morning, the focus shifts to Neil’s house. Angana is surprised to learn that Neil is suddenly planning to travel to Mumbai. She immediately questions him about the unexpected decision.
Neil explains that Nayanika is alone in Mumbai and needs support during her treatment. Angana becomes upset and tells him that he cannot make such important decisions without discussing them with her first.
Neil calmly reminds her that he still has certain responsibilities toward Nayanika. He points out that he and Angana are married today only because of the sacrifices Nayanika made in the past.
Angana refuses to accept his reasoning. She says she had once decided to live as a single mother without demanding anything from anyone because she believed it was the right thing to do. According to her, Nayanika herself punished Neil after he broke her trust, so there is no reason for him to involve himself in her life again.
Neil explains that Ujjaini is currently not with Nayanika, making her even more vulnerable during her treatment.
Angana argues that Nayanika is not truly alone because many people in Mumbai are already supporting her. She warns Neil that if he goes there, he may only make himself feel unwanted.

Shreya then asks Angana how she allowed Neil to leave so easily. Angana bitterly replies that Neil has never listened to her opinions anyway.
She tells Indrani that she cannot continue living with constant uncertainty in her married life.
Jaya, however, defends Neil’s decision. She reminds everyone that Neil is not only a doctor but also a specialist in the disease Nayanika is battling. According to Jaya, it is completely natural for him to help the mother of his daughter during such a difficult phase.
Neil’s father also supports his son’s decision and says Neil has done the right thing.
Feeling isolated, Angana finally loses her patience. She says that if Neil still cares so deeply for Nayanika, then perhaps he should simply return to her forever. She reminds everyone that she never forced Neil into marrying her.
Kaka immediately responds that no one forced Angana into the marriage either.
Holding back her emotions, Angana clarifies that she has no personal complaint against Nayanika. Her real problem lies with Neil’s actions and his inability to move on from the past.
In a shocking declaration, Angana announces that if Neil truly wishes to return to Nayanika, she is fully prepared to divorce him and end their marriage.
