Udne Ki Aasha 23rd July 2026 Written Update: Paresh Suffers a Heart Attack While Sachin Remains Unaware

Today’s episode begins on an emotional note as Sachin wakes up in the middle of the night after seeing a frightening dream about his father, Paresh. Deeply disturbed, he feels an unexplained restlessness and senses that something terrible has happened. Sadly, his nightmare turns out to be true.

At the Deshmukh house, Paresh suddenly suffers a massive heart attack, throwing the entire family into panic. Renuka immediately raises an alarm, and everyone rushes to help him. Without wasting a moment, the family takes Paresh to the hospital.

Outside the ICU, Renuka completely breaks down. Unable to control her emotions, she cries uncontrollably as doctors begin treating Paresh. Roshni and Riya stand beside her, trying their best to comfort and support her through the painful ordeal.

As Renuka waits anxiously for updates, painful memories begin flooding her mind. She remembers how Paresh always wished to see Sachin and Sayali again. Even after seven years of separation, he never stopped hoping that his elder son would return home one day. Renuka tearfully laments that during all these years, Sachin never even called his father once.

Meanwhile, Tejas remains fast asleep at home, completely unaware of the crisis. By the time he finally wakes up and calls Renuka, she is too distressed to answer his phone.

Soon, the doctor comes out with an update.

He informs the family that although Paresh is receiving treatment, he has been repeatedly calling out Sachin’s name while drifting in and out of consciousness. The doctor advises the family to contact Sachin immediately before Paresh’s condition worsens further.

The following morning, Sayali calls Savitri to ask about Paresh’s health.

Not wanting to worry her daughter, Savitri avoids revealing the truth. Instead, she gives vague answers, hoping to hide the seriousness of the situation.

However, her hesitant replies only make Sayali more anxious. She immediately senses that something is terribly wrong.

Back at the hospital, another problem arises.

The doctor asks Renuka whether Paresh has a valid medical insurance policy.

Renuka suddenly remembers that years ago, it was Sachin who had insisted that both his parents purchase mediclaim policies for emergencies like this. Paresh had faithfully continued paying every premium without fail.

Relieved by the thought, Renuka asks Roshni to return home immediately and bring all the insurance documents.

As Roshni leaves the hospital, fear grips her heart.

She worries that if the family contacts Sachin again, painful wounds from seven years ago may reopen and bring back memories everyone has tried so hard to bury.

Elsewhere, Sachin remains completely unaware of the truth.

After speaking with Sayali, he feels reassured that everything is normal and believes Paresh is doing well.

His anxiety finally begins to settle.

Just then, little Pankhudi innocently asks him about his grandparents.

Her simple question leaves Sachin emotional as memories of his parents and the family he has stayed away from for years come rushing back.

At the hospital, Tejas finally arrives, but instead of showing concern, he appears surprisingly indifferent to Paresh’s condition.

His careless attitude deeply frustrates Roshni.

She cannot understand how he can remain so detached while his own father is fighting for his life inside the ICU.

Later, Roshni quietly looks through old family photographs featuring Sachin and Sayali.

She becomes emotional as she reflects on everything that has happened over the years.

After once living in constant fear of losing Laksh, she now worries that the family she has grown attached to may once again fall apart because of old misunderstandings.

Towards the end of the episode, Sachin meets Gundeya.

He returns the money he had borrowed earlier and sincerely thanks Gundeya for trusting him by providing the vehicle.

Sachin then reveals that he now wants to start his own business.

Impressed by his honesty and determination, Gundeya gives him his blessings and wishes him success in his new journey.

Although Sachin walks away with renewed confidence about his future, he remains completely unaware that his father is lying critically ill in the hospital, desperately calling out for him.

The episode ends.

Review:
Today’s episode was packed with heartfelt emotions and family drama. Paresh’s medical emergency became the emotional centerpiece, while Sachin’s painful separation from his family made every scene more impactful because the audience knows what he doesn’t. Renuka’s guilt, Roshni’s fears, and Paresh repeatedly calling Sachin’s name created a powerful emotional build-up. The episode also offered a hopeful moment with Sachin deciding to begin his own business, making the contrast between his optimism and the tragedy unfolding elsewhere even more heartbreaking.

Rating: 4.8/5
