Seher Hone Ko Hai 24th July 2026 Written Update: Seher Is Forced to Treat Mahid as His Panic Attacks Return
The episode begins with Farid noticing that Mahid is unusually quiet and lost in his thoughts. He tells Mahid that he has slipped back into his old behavior. Farid recalls how Mahid used to overthink everything and never cooperated during treatment. Concerned, he asks what is troubling him.
Mahid admits that he suffered a panic attack after seven years. He reveals that it happened at the dargah when he suddenly snatched the taweez from someone’s hands. Farid asks him what triggered such an extreme reaction.
Mahid says he wasn’t in his senses at that moment and completely lost control over himself.
Meanwhile, Seher notices Mahid and Farid talking privately. Curious, she wonders what they are discussing and fears Mahid might be complaining about her. While trying to overhear their conversation, she accidentally loses her balance and stumbles into the room.
Farid politely tells Seher that he is conducting Mahid’s counseling session and asks her to come back later.
Mahid and Seher silently look at each other, and their awkward expressions do not go unnoticed. Farid senses that there is more between them than they are willing to admit. Embarrassed, Seher apologizes and leaves.

Seher is stunned when she sees Mahid’s medical file.
She immediately refuses the assignment, insisting that she wants no connection with Mahid and wishes to stay away from him forever.
Farid reminds Seher that she is allowing her personal emotions to interfere with her professional responsibilities.
Seher argues that she is a doctor, but she is also a human being with feelings.
Farid then reveals a shocking truth.
He tells Seher that Mahid had remained free from panic attacks for the last seven years and that this recent relapse happened because of her.
According to him, she now has a responsibility to help Mahid recover.
Seher firmly refuses to accept the blame.
Farid then drops another bombshell.
He informs her that Dr. Seba believes she is unfit for the medical profession. Unless she successfully treats Mahid and proves her capability, her medical license could be cancelled.
The ultimatum leaves Seher completely shattered.
