Anupama 28th July 2026 Written Update: Prem Loses His Cool as Anupama Impresses the Judges
The episode begins with the much-awaited blindfold cooking challenge between Anupama and Prem. Both contestants wear blindfolds as the countdown starts, making the task even more difficult. While Anupama remains calm and composed, Prem immediately begins rushing through the challenge, determined to outperform her.
Watching the intense competition, Leela becomes anxious and silently gestures to Anupama from the audience. Hasmuk quickly asks her to stay calm and not interfere with the contest.
Meanwhile, Gautam gets bored with the quiet atmosphere and remarks that there should be some drama to make the competition more entertaining. On the other hand, Pakhi asks Paritosh to continue writing slogans because everyone has been instructed to remain silent while the contestants cook.
As the challenge progresses, Prem’s impatience starts affecting his performance.
In his hurry, he makes several mistakes. The host immediately reminds both contestants that safety is more important than speed and urges them to be careful while handling hot utensils.
Judge Roy notices the clear difference between the two competitors.
He praises Anupama for staying calm and methodically preparing her dish, while Prem appears restless and hyper throughout the task.
