Anupama 31st July 2026 Written Update: Anupama Refuses to Quit the Competition as Mahi Joins Prem’s Team
The episode begins with Digvijay noticing that Anupama’s leg has swollen badly after the recent injury.
Seeing her in pain, Prem and Rahi immediately rush to support her.
From a distance, Gautam quietly fuels Shruti’s insecurity by pointing out that both Prem and Rahi have once again chosen to stand beside Anupama.
His words make Shruti increasingly anxious about losing Rahi’s support.
Meanwhile, Anupama stops Rahi before she leaves.
Kinjal asks the Shah family to let Anupama rest, reminding everyone that the doctor has strictly advised her to avoid putting pressure on her injured leg.
She also tells Rahi to contact them immediately if she needs anything.
Rahi lovingly asks Anupama to focus only on recovering.
However, Anupama insists that she is feeling better.
Watching her condition, Digvijay emotionally questions God.
He wonders why Anupama has been given so much pain despite always living for others.
He prays that God finally bless her with happiness, adding that if Anupama continues to suffer, he will keep questioning God on her behalf.
Rahi once again stops Anupama from standing.

Anupama is shocked to see the entire family once again fighting instead of supporting one another.

Precap: Leela questions Anupama for roaming around with Digvijay despite the doctor’s advice to rest. Anupama reveals that she had gone to the bank because she will need a loan to build a house. Meanwhile, Mahi withdraws from Anupama’s team, saying she trusts Prerna more. Banku joins Anupama’s side, but Anupama is left stunned when Mahi chooses to join Prem’s team instead.
