Vasudha Upcoming Twist: Dadi Gifts the Family Heirloom Necklace to Vasudha, Chandrika Hides the Truth
Zee TV’s Vasudha is set to bring an emotional yet complicated twist as Dadi’s misunderstanding creates an unexpected celebration in the Chauhan family. Believing that Chandrika has finally accepted Vasudha as the family’s eldest daughter-in-law, Dadi decides that it is time for Vasudha to receive every right that comes with the position.
The episode begins with Dadi performing the aarti of Dev and Vasudha, delighted to see them together. Convinced that everything has finally fallen into place, she announces that Vasudha deserves the family’s ancestral necklace. She asks Chandrika to bring the precious heirloom and place it around Vasudha’s neck as a blessing.
Chandrika is left speechless. She knows the truth behind Vasudha’s place in the family and hesitates to hand over the treasured necklace. Vasudha also feels uncomfortable because she believes she is not the rightful owner of such an honour. However, neither of them wants to upset Dadi or worsen her health, forcing Chandrika to follow Dadi’s instructions despite her hesitation.
The confusion doesn’t end there. Dadi also plans to send Dev and Vasudha on a honeymoon, believing they have just begun a happy married life. The idea leaves Vasudha extremely stressed because she knows the marriage is built on hidden truths. Unable to handle the pressure, she becomes dizzy and faints, leading to the honeymoon plan being cancelled. While everyone worries about her health, Vasudha secretly thanks fate for saving her from an awkward situation.
Dadi’s misunderstanding grows even stronger as she starts believing that Vasudha is expecting a child. This belief makes her shower Vasudha with even more care and affection. She brings apples for her, warns her not to bend down, and keeps reminding her to take care of herself and the “new responsibility” she thinks Vasudha is carrying. Dev and Vasudha are completely puzzled by Dadi’s unusual behaviour, unaware of the assumption she has made.
Later, when Dadi visits their room, Vasudha hurriedly pushes Dev’s bedding out of sight to avoid raising questions. However, Dadi’s caring gestures continue, leaving both Dev and Vasudha increasingly confused about her actions.
The biggest irony is that neither Chandrika nor Vasudha knows the real reason behind Dadi’s sudden generosity. Dadi believes she is blessing her pregnant eldest daughter-in-law, while Chandrika and Vasudha are simply trying to keep her happy without revealing the truth.
The upcoming episodes will focus on whether Vasudha discovers Dadi’s misunderstanding before it creates even bigger complications, or if this hidden belief will lead to another emotional storm inside the Chauhan household.
