Bareilly Ke Bacchan 4th August 2026 Written Update: Ajab Lands in Jail as Sangam Grows Suspicious of Krishna

The episode begins with Sangam searching for a paying guest accommodation on her phone. After browsing several options, she finds a PG nearby and decides to visit it immediately.

As Sangam and Krishna walk towards the location, Sangam’s slipper suddenly breaks.

Without thinking twice, Krishna offers his own slippers to her. He picks up Sangam’s torn slippers himself and quietly walks beside her, unable to take his eyes off her. Lost in admiration, Krishna is completely mesmerized by Sangam.

Meanwhile, trouble brews at the Bacchan house.

Bhushan and his wife arrive to confront Ajab. Bhushan reminds Ajab that the house is still under a legal dispute and that the court has strictly prohibited the Bacchan family from making any changes to the property because it remains mortgaged.

Bhushan’s wife then demands that the family immediately return ₹20,000.

Ganga politely explains that the family has just spent a huge amount on the wedding reception, making it impossible to arrange such a large sum at short notice.

Bhushan’s wife mocks them, saying that spending money on the reception does not guarantee that the bride will stay in the house forever.

Satluj loses his temper and argues with her, but Ganga calms him down before the situation gets worse.

Not stopping there, Bhushan’s wife creates a bigger scene and urges Bhushan to throw the Bacchan family out of the house for failing to repay the debt.

Ajab boldly challenges Bhushan to try.

The confrontation quickly turns physical.

Bhushan pushes Ajab, who immediately pushes him back in self-defense.

Bhushan loses his balance, falls backward, and hits his head on a wooden log, suffering a serious injury.

Enraged, Bhushan and his wife vow to send Ajab to jail before leaving the house.

Elsewhere, Sangam reaches the PG owner’s house.

The owner asks her to submit an identity proof before completing the formalities.

Since all her documents are stored on Krishna’s phone, Sangam asks him to hand it over.

Krishna lies and claims that he accidentally left his phone behind in the previous vehicle.

The owner firmly states that no PG accommodation can be provided without valid ID proof.

Left with no other option, Sangam quietly walks away.

Feeling helpless, Sangam realizes she made a huge mistake by leaving her house without carrying any of her important belongings—not even her educational certificates or identity documents.

She asks Krishna whether he knows anyone who has a room available for rent.

Krishna assures her that he will make inquiries and try his best to arrange a place for her.

With nowhere else to go, Sangam and Krishna return to the Bacchan house.

Soon afterward, the police arrive unexpectedly.

Acting on Bhushan’s complaint, they arrest Ajab for attempted murder.

Despite the Bacchan family’s protests, the police take Ajab away to jail.

Bhushan leaves with a satisfied smile, pleased that his plan has worked.

Later, Ganga and Mahi invite Sangam to join them for dinner and enjoy freshly made pakodas.

As everyone happily eats together and laughs without showing much concern for Ajab’s arrest, Sangam becomes increasingly uncomfortable.

She finds it strange that the family appears so normal even though one of their own has just been taken to jail.

The episode ends.

Precap: Sangam confronts Krishna and questions him about the lies he has been telling her.

Review:

The episode balances romance and family drama effectively. Krishna’s thoughtful gestures towards Sangam add warmth to the story, while Ajab’s sudden arrest shifts the mood dramatically. Sangam’s growing suspicion about Krishna’s repeated lies introduces an interesting mystery, setting up stronger emotional conflicts for the upcoming episodes.
