Vasudha Upcoming 5th August 2026 Written Update: Chandrika Confesses the Truth to Prabhat, His Trust Shatters
The upcoming episode of Vasudha brings an emotional turning point as Prabhat finally learns the truth that Chandrika and Vasudha had been hiding from the entire family.
Vasudha takes food to Santosh’s room and lovingly requests her to eat something. However, Santosh refuses to forgive her. She shuts the door on Vasudha’s face, leaving her heartbroken. Sarika watches the painful moment from a distance and secretly enjoys the growing rift in the family.
Prabhat witnesses Santosh’s harsh behavior and feels deeply hurt for Vasudha. Unable to bear her humiliation, he goes to Chandrika and says that Vasudha doesn’t deserve such treatment. He reminds Chandrika that Santosh’s pregnancy assumption was her own misunderstanding, and Vasudha should not be punished for it.
Chandrika, however, stops him.
When Prabhat asks whose mistake it really is, Chandrika realizes she can no longer hide the truth. Gathering courage, she confesses that she herself had asked Vasudha to continue the lie so that Santosh would agree to undergo the life-saving surgery.
She also reveals the biggest truth of all—that she never truly accepted Vasudha as her daughter-in-law, and everything that happened afterward was only a drama to save Santosh’s life.
Prabhat is left stunned.
He cannot believe that Chandrika and Vasudha hid such a huge truth from the family and broke Santosh’s trust. With tears in his eyes, he tells Chandrika that she has not only disappointed Santosh but has also shattered his trust in her.
