Pujari comes and asks Siddhu to come with him; Ganga is calling him. Durgavati tells Bhavani that she doesn’t like Sneha and didn’t accept her as her Bahu, but Siddhu is right: Sneha loves Ganga as much as Siddhu loves his mom/Durgavati, and Sneha left Ganga to choose Siddhu. She asks Bhavani to go home and talk to Sneha. She says Ganga isn’t well and she is undergoing mental stress.

She goes to talk to Ganga. Sneha hears them. Durgavati sees Sneha. Sneha says that she didn’t call Siddhu home and she knew about his allergy. Durgavati tells that she came to meet Ganga. Review: Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan 5th August 2026 – Durgavati Softens, Kaali Shines Again

This episode marks a welcome shift in the storyline as misunderstandings slowly begin to clear. Instead of endless accusations, the narrative finally gives its characters room to grow, making the emotional moments more impactful.

The biggest highlight is Durgavati’s changing perception of Sneha. For the first time, she openly acknowledges that Sneha’s love for Ganga is as strong as Siddhu’s devotion to his mother. Rather than confronting Sneha with anger, Durgavati chooses understanding over ego. This subtle change in her attitude is refreshing and shows that her character is evolving. Bhavani, too, takes a softer stand by believing Sneha’s explanation and giving her another chance, which feels like a major breakthrough after days of hostility.

Sneha and Siddhu’s relationship continues to mature beautifully. Their bedroom scene is simple yet meaningful. There is no forced romance—only mutual respect, trust and comfort. Siddhu’s innocent remark about kicking in his sleep adds a light-hearted touch to an otherwise emotional episode. Their growing companionship is becoming one of the strongest aspects of the show.

Kaali once again steals the spotlight. His redemption arc keeps getting stronger with every episode. Watching him stop Indu from creating trouble, tie her up, and even cast a vote for Ganga on her behalf provides both entertainment and satisfaction. More importantly, his actions now come from genuine concern for Ganga rather than a desire to prove himself, making his transformation believable.

The wild card voting track brings fresh hope to Ganga after her heartbreaking competition loss. Seeing Sneha and Siddhu unite to collect votes reinforces the family’s determination to rebuild Ganga’s confidence. It is an uplifting change from the constant negativity that has dominated recent episodes.

On the other hand, the Murli-Binita storyline continues to raise red flags. Kaushalya’s manipulation has become increasingly disturbing, and the donation slip twist hints that Sahana is finally beginning to connect the dots. Hopefully, this track now moves towards exposing the conspiracy instead of prolonging the misunderstanding.

Soni’s college track also introduces a proper rival in Shivani. While Shivani initially appeared supportive, her true colours are now emerging. This subplot has the potential to give Soni an independent journey beyond the family drama.

Overall, the episode successfully balances emotional healing, character development and suspense. Durgavati’s softened attitude, Sneha and Siddhu’s strengthening bond, and Kaali’s impressive redemption make it one of the more satisfying episodes in recent weeks. The only storyline that feels repetitive is the Murli-Binita drama, which now needs meaningful progress.

Rating: 4.6/5
