Anupama 8th August 2026 Written Update: Leela and Vasundhara Face a Tough Rope Challenge, Rivalry Turns Chaotic
The episode begins with Anupama noticing Leela looking unusually worried. She asks her what happened and why she seems so tense.
Leela dramatically explains that she came to the competition with dreams of becoming an actress. Anupama smiles and tells her that she is already an actress because of the way she performs every situation in life.
Leela, however, argues that real actresses don’t have to do everything themselves.
Digvijay joins the conversation and assures Leela that everyone will help her become the star of the competition. His words give Leela some confidence, although she remains nervous about the upcoming task.
Meanwhile, Vasundhara refuses to drink the juice offered to her. Rahi notices her tension and asks what is bothering her. Vasundhara admits that she is stressed about the next round.
Soon, the host calls Sikander to reveal the much-awaited twist.

Vasundhara becomes worried that the rope might be used to tie her hands before forcing her to perform some difficult task. She looks increasingly nervous while Prem’s team tries to encourage her.

Hasmuk gives Leela a flower, while Pakhi and Paritosh ask her to make sure Anupama’s team wins.
Leela quickly gets irritated and asks them to leave so that she can concentrate on the task.
Once they leave, Leela starts preparing her strategy.
She asks Banku and Digvijay to protect her if Vasundhara becomes aggressive during the tug-of-war.
She also tells Kinjal and Prerna not to keep giving her instructions once the challenge begins.
Anupama notices Leela becoming too excited and asks her to calm down.
Leela refuses to listen and jokingly tells Anupama not to start another lecture.
Finally, the host asks the two team leaders to tie Leela and Vasundhara together.
