Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 8th August 2026 Written Update: Karan Accuses Tulsi, Samaira’s Secret Romance Gets Exposed

The episode begins with Gautam getting ready when Tulsi questions him about his decision to financially support Sahil. She reminds him that Sahil is planning to start a business with Tripti, a woman whose intentions have repeatedly raised doubts within the family.

Gautam calmly defends his decision. He points out that Tripti is now married and believes there should be no reason for Sahil to avoid working with her. He also reminds Tulsi that Karan himself is doing business with Tripti’s family.

Tulsi, however, remains unconvinced. She tells Gautam that being part of the Virani family comes with a responsibility to protect the family from danger. She fears that everyone is unknowingly walking into Tripti’s trap. Gautam tries to reassure her, but Tulsi’s doubts continue to grow.

Karan Rushes to Fix Samaira’s Engagement

Meanwhile, Karan is delighted after learning that Samaira has agreed to the marriage alliance. Without wasting any time, he decides that the engagement should be arranged as soon as possible.

Nandini is surprised by Karan’s urgency. She tells him that there is no need to rush and that she can take care of the arrangements. Karan, however, has already made up his mind.

When Tulsi learns about the engagement, she is shocked. Nandini explains that Samaira has apparently agreed to the alliance and the groom’s family has also accepted the proposal.

Tulsi remains suspicious.

She advises Nandini to speak to Samaira personally and make sure that she is genuinely happy with the decision rather than simply agreeing because of family pressure.

Nandini assures Tulsi that Samaira has always shared things with her. However, the situation soon becomes complicated.

Rounak Brings a Photograph

Rounak approaches Nandini and says that he agrees with Tulsi’s concern. He believes Samaira may already be involved with someone.

He then shows Nandini a photograph.

Rounak is convinced that the photograph proves Samaira is having an affair. He decides that Karan must see it immediately.

Nandini stops him and asks him to give her an opportunity to speak with Samaira first. She senses that there may be more to the situation than what the photograph reveals.

Rounak refuses to back down.

He believes Samaira has been hiding something from everyone and is determined to expose her.

Karan Learns About Sid

Eventually, Rounak takes the photograph to Karan and makes a shocking accusation.

He tells Karan that Samaira is secretly involved with Sid.

Karan is furious.

He immediately scolds Rounak for making such a serious allegation against his own sister. Rounak, however, remains confident that he has uncovered the truth.

Karan calls Samaira downstairs.

Nandini tries to calm him and asks him to speak to Samaira without losing his temper. When Samaira arrives, Karan demands an explanation.

He reminds her that the marriage proposal was taken forward only after receiving her approval. He then questions her about Sid and asks why she has been hiding things from the family.

Karan shows her the photograph.

Samaira is initially terrified, but she soon realises that Rounak has made a mistake. Sid’s identity is not clearly visible in the photograph, giving her an opportunity to protect their secret.

Samaira explains that Sidhant is simply her friend.

Karan remains unconvinced that she has been completely honest.

Samaira’s Engagement Is Fixed

Rather than investigating the matter further, Karan decides to move forward with the engagement.

He orders Samaira to forget Sid and announces that the engagement with Parag should take place soon.

Nandini is disappointed. She tells Samaira that she should have trusted her enough to reveal the truth.

Samaira, meanwhile, is furious with Rounak for interfering in her personal life. She angrily calls him a shameless brother for trying to expose her.

The pressure on Samaira increases as her family moves ahead with an alliance she does not truly want.

Sid Wants to Stop the Engagement

Later, Samaira tells Sid about everything that happened.

Sid is relieved that Rounak failed to clearly establish his identity. However, he is also worried about the engagement.

He tells Samaira that they cannot simply sit back and allow her marriage to Parag to happen.

Sid wants to stop the engagement.

Soon, Tripti becomes aware of the entire situation.

Sid suggests that they should finally tell Karan the truth about their relationship. Tripti immediately rejects the idea.

She claims that she understands the Virani family better than anyone and knows exactly how to handle the situation.

Tripti confidently tells Sid that she will stop the engagement herself.

Sid sarcastically asks whether she possesses some kind of magic that can suddenly change everything.

Tripti simply smiles and tells him to wait and watch.

Her confidence makes it clear that she has already begun planning her next move.

Tulsi Warns Karan

Back at home, Karan again discusses the engagement arrangements with Nandini.

Nandini reminds him that Samaira’s feelings should come first. Before making such a major decision, Karan should ask her what she actually wants.

Tulsi also intervenes.

She asks Karan not to shout at everyone and reminds him that this is her family too. She points out that this is not the first time the children have been afraid to speak openly because of his strict behaviour.

Tulsi tells Karan that he has become too controlling as a father.

She compares him to a judge and a jailer because he constantly passes judgment on everyone instead of allowing them to explain themselves.

Karan becomes furious.

He tells Tulsi that he does not want to hear her lecture.

Tulsi still tries to calm him down. She asks him not to make such an important decision in anger and lovingly calls him “beta.”

But that word triggers Karan’s anger even further.

Karan’s Shocking Accusation Against Tulsi

Karan tells Tulsi not to call him “beta.”

He reminds her that he is Mihir Virani’s son and then delivers a shocking accusation.

Karan tells Tulsi to stay away from his family because he does not want to learn anything from a murderer.

Tulsi is left stunned by his words.

The accusation creates a painful moment inside the Virani house. Karan then walks away, determined to confront Sidhant.

Nandini watches everything with fear, worried about what Karan might do next and whether the truth about Samaira’s relationship will finally come out.

The episode ends with the Virani family heading toward another major confrontation.

Review

This episode takes the Samaira-Sid track to an important turning point. What initially seemed like a simple marriage alliance quickly turns into a major family crisis after Rounak brings the photograph to Karan.

Samaira manages to escape immediate exposure because Sid’s identity remains unclear in the photograph, but Karan’s decision to rush the engagement puts even more pressure on her. Her inability to openly express her feelings also highlights how his strict parenting has created fear among the children.

Tulsi once again emerges as the voice of reason. Her attempt to make Karan understand that children need trust rather than constant judgment is one of the strongest moments of the episode. Unfortunately, Karan’s shocking accusation against Tulsi completely changes the emotional tone of the story.

Tripti’s involvement makes the situation even more unpredictable. Her confidence that she can stop Samaira’s engagement suggests that she has another plan waiting in the background.

The biggest question now is whether Samaira will finally reveal her relationship with Sid or whether Tripti will use the situation for her own benefit. Karan’s decision to confront Sidhant could also bring the secret romance dangerously close to exposure.
