Vasudha 9th August 2026 Written Update: Vasudha’s Bizarre One-Year Exile. Dev comes to his room and goes to embrace Vasudha. She gets scared and tells that anyone could see them. He tells that she is his wife and he can hug her. He asks her to prepare for the trip; she has to go with Chandrika to receive an award. She says Chandrika will go and receive the award on her behalf. He asks why. She tells that she has to stay back to look after Santosh. He tells that the family is there to look after Santosh. She says Dev and Mayur stay busy in the office, and Divya will be busy handling the pickle factory. She doesn’t want to burden Prabhat.
She says she wants to stay back and take care of Santosh and Prabhat. He asks her if she is hiding something. She says no. He says she isn’t happy since Santosh isn’t talking to her. He asks her not to worry about Santosh. He promises to take care of Santosh and Prabhat. He asks her to go with Chandrika. Chandrika is busy on a work call. Sarika worries that Chandrika didn’t scold her after knowing her mistake. She goes to Chandrika.
Chandrika asks what’s the matter. Sarika asks why she isn’t scolding her. Chandrika tells that Sarika won’t change for anyone’s sake. She doesn’t want to get affected by Sarika’s actions. Sarika cries. Chandrika asks her to stop her drama. Sarika tells that Chandrika gives more importance to Vasudha than her. Chandrika tells Sarika that she has made many mistakes. She asks Sarika not to compare herself with Vasudha.
Dev comes and looks on. Sarika says she feels Chandrika and Vasudha are acting, and Chandrika didn’t accept her till now. Dev tells that Chandrika and Vasudha hate lies, and they would never do such a drama. He asks Chandrika to ignore Sarika’s words. Chandrika feels guilty to lie to Dev. Vasudha is on the way. Pandit ji tells her that Guru ji has immediately called her to the temple to discuss something very important.
Vasudha goes to the temple and meets Guru ji. He tells that he knows Chandrika didn’t accept her as her Bahu, and she is just playing a drama for Santosh’s sake, Chandrika loves Vasudha a lot, but she is doing this for Prabhat’s sake. Vasudha says she knows everything, and maybe there isn’t any solution left now. He tells that he has got a solution. She asks what solution. He tells that it won’t be easy, she has to give a difficult test. She is ready to do anything to save Prabhat.
He tells that if she wants Chandrika to accept her and Prabhat’s safety, then she has to stay away from the Chauhan house for one year without informing anyone; she has to hide her identity and perform Jal Abhishek at the ancient temple of the village; her Kundali dosh will get cleared, and she will get the place of the elder Bahu of the Chauhan family. He asks her if she can do this. She asks him how she can stay away from her family without informing anyone. He tells that she can just inform Hanumant about it and take his blessings before going for this Tapasya. She says it would be difficult to convince Hanumant.
She agrees to fulfill the condition. He blesses her. She leaves. He praises her dedication and affection towards the Chauhan family. Vasudha comes home and meets Hanumant. He asks her what’s the matter. She tells that she knows he can do anything for the Chauhan family. He says he can give his life for them. She tells him about Guru ji’s words. He is shocked. He tells that she can’t go away from the family without informing anyone. He doesn’t want her to leave Dev. He says she will lose everything when she returns after a year.
She says she is doing this for the sake of the Chauhan family. He tells that he won’t permit her to go away. Santosh tells Prabhat that she feels betrayed for the first time in her life. She asks him to send her back to Ranakpur. He refuses and consoles her. Vasudha overhears them and thinks of doing something. Prabhat is emotionally hurt. He packs his clothes. Chandrika comes and asks him where he is going.
He tells that he doesn’t want to argue with her. He feels suffocated in the house because of her lie. He says he has decided to go to Ranakpur with Santosh. She is stunned. Santosh speaks to the family. She says she has recovered now and she has decided to return to Ranakpur. Prabhat tells that he will go with Santosh to take care of her. He wants to spend a peaceful life with his mother.
Dev asks them to go to Ranakpur for a few days, but not forever. He says Chandrika and Vasudha will bring an award home, and they should celebrate. Prabhat tells that it’s not the last award. Dev and Divya ask Prabhat why he is saying that. Mayur asks them not to go anywhere. Chandrika is upset and says she won’t let anything happen to Prabhat and she won’t stay without him. She cries. Vasudha thinks it’s time to take a decision and leave the house.
