Sairaab 10th August 2026 Written Update: Nayanika Operates on Ishaan, Bishu Blames Her for His Accident
The episode begins with Nayanika rushing to the hospital after learning about Ishaan’s accident. She sees him lying unconscious and is immediately overwhelmed by memories of their recent confrontation. She recalls the harsh words she used against him and feels guilty for hurting someone who had always cared for her.
The doctor informs Nayanika that Ishaan has suffered serious bleeding from his ear and may require surgery. Nayanika immediately examines him and realizes that they cannot delay the procedure. She insists that Ishaan should be operated on as soon as possible.
Nayanika Performs Ishaan’s Surgery
Bishu reaches the hospital and anxiously asks about Ishaan’s condition. The receptionist informs him that Ishaan requires ear surgery. She tries to reassure him, explaining that the hospital has experienced doctors who will take proper care of him.
Meanwhile, Nayanika completes Ishaan’s medical forms and accompanies him towards the operation theatre.
Before the surgery begins, the doctor confirms Ishaan’s identity and asks him about his family. Despite being unconscious and barely able to respond, Ishaan murmurs that his wife is Dr. Nayanika.

After the procedure is completed successfully, another doctor questions Nayanika about Ishaan’s statement. She says she has also heard certain rumours about herself but insists that she is not responsible for what people believe.
She then asks the doctor to focus on Ishaan’s recovery because the surgery has been completed. Nayanika also says that she has to return home once Ishaan regains consciousness.
The doctor eventually apologizes to her.
Bishu Blames Nayanika
Nayanika later informs Bishu that Ishaan’s surgery has gone well.
Instead of feeling relieved, Bishu becomes angry with her.
He blames Nayanika for the entire situation and reminds her that Ishaan had followed her that night simply because he wanted to make sure she reached home safely. According to Bishu, Ishaan would never have met with the accident if Nayanika had not gone to the hotel.
Bishu announces that he will take Ishaan away from the hospital.
Nayanika refuses.
She explains that Ishaan is not yet fit to be shifted anywhere and reminds Bishu that she is his doctor. She has a professional responsibility towards him and will not abandon her duty.
Nayanika firmly tells Bishu that Ishaan cannot leave the hospital until the doctors officially discharge him.
Bishu becomes more aggressive and says that he can do whatever is necessary to take Ishaan away. He also reveals that he has already informed Maria about the accident.
He warns Nayanika not to meet Ishaan again and says he does not even want her shadow near him.
Nayanika tries to calm him down, telling him that he is angry because of what has happened and should take some rest.
However, Bishu refuses to soften.
He reminds Nayanika that Ishaan never deserved the humiliation she put him through.
Nayanika defends herself by saying that everything she did was for Ishaan’s well-being. Her intentions were never wrong.
Bishu remains unconvinced.
He tells her that Ishaan was the only one who truly loved her, while she never had the same feelings for him.
Nayanika becomes emotional but chooses not to argue further. She simply tells Bishu that she has to leave.
Ishaan Regains Consciousness
Soon after, Ishaan regains consciousness.
The first name he takes is Nayanika’s.
When he learns that Nayanika herself performed his surgery, his emotions become complicated. Despite everything she said to him, she still stood beside him when his life was in danger.
Sunidhi later informs Nayanika that Ishaan wants to meet her.
Meanwhile, Maria arrives at the hospital.
Bishu tells her everything that has happened. Maria immediately wants to see Ishaan, but Bishu explains that she has not been allowed to meet him yet.
Maria breaks down and wonders how she can stay away from Ishaan at such a difficult moment.
Bishu suggests that they shift Ishaan to another hospital. Maria agrees that something needs to be done, but she is heartbroken by everything that has happened.
She feels that Ishaan chose the wrong woman and fears that Nayanika will continue hurting him.
Nayanika Finally Speaks Her Heart
Nayanika eventually enters Ishaan’s room.
She gently tells him that he will recover and everything will be fine.
Ishaan assures her that he is not afraid.
Then he asks the question that has been haunting him: What did he do wrong?
Nayanika tells him that neither of them has actually done anything wrong.
She admits that she knows someone like Ishaan may never enter her life again. She also knows how deeply he cares for her.
But despite those feelings, she believes they cannot be together.
Nayanika finally reveals why she behaved so harshly with him.
She tells Ishaan that she deliberately insulted him because she wanted him to forget her and move on with his life.
The confession leaves both of them emotional as Nayanika struggles to hide the love she still carries for him.
The episode ends on an emotional note, with Nayanika choosing to sacrifice her own happiness despite knowing how much Ishaan means to her.

Nayanika may have tried to push Ishaan away, but the moment his life was at risk, her professional duty and personal emotions came together. Her decision to perform his surgery despite everything shows that she still deeply cares for him.
The most heartbreaking part is Ishaan asking what he did wrong. Nayanika knows he did nothing wrong, yet she continues to convince herself that separation is the only way to protect Ujjaini and her family. Bishu’s anger adds another layer to the situation, especially because he holds Nayanika responsible for Ishaan’s accident.
The upcoming voice-related complication could make the story even more emotional, particularly if Nayanika has to choose between respecting Ujjaini’s wishes and saving Ishaan’s future.
