Dr. Aarambhi 11th August 2026 Written Update: Aarambhi Fights for Vihaan’s Custody as Divorce Battle Intensifies

The episode begins with Aarambhi speaking to her lawyer about the divorce proceedings. She makes it clear that her biggest priority is Vihaan and tells the lawyer that she wants his custody.

However, Manju overhears the conversation and immediately takes the phone away from Aarambhi. She scolds her for discussing the divorce instead of trying to resolve her differences with Vishwas.

Manju cannot understand how Aarambhi can even think about ending her marriage. Aarambhi explains that Vishwas is capable of going to any extent to take Vihaan away from her, and she has to protect her son.

Manju insists that Aarambhi should simply apologise to Vishwas and end the matter. Aarambhi refuses to accept the blame. She says she has done nothing wrong and does not deserve to be treated like this. According to her, Vishwas has been making false accusations against her.

Aarambhi Clashes With Manju

Manju continues defending Vishwas and holds Aarambhi responsible for the problems within the family.

She tells Aarambhi that ever since becoming a doctor, she has started answering back to her elders. Aarambhi reminds Manju that the family supported her education because they wanted her to become a successful doctor and make them proud.

Aarambhi argues that she did exactly what they wanted.

Manju, however, believes that a woman’s career should never come before her family. She tells Aarambhi that looking after the household is her responsibility.

Aarambhi is deeply hurt by this argument. She reminds Manju that she was the one who carried most of the responsibility for Vihaan. According to her, Vishwas was always occupied with his work and rarely made an effort to help her raise their son.

Manju defends Vishwas by saying that earning money for the family is his responsibility, while Aarambhi’s responsibility is to look after the home and child.

She further claims that Vishwas believes Aarambhi has failed as both a wife and a mother.

Aarambhi is shattered by the accusation.

Inside, she remembers how Vishwas himself was never a devoted husband or father. She recalls his relationship with Avantika and the times when he allegedly put Vihaan in danger along with her.

Manju nevertheless advises Aarambhi to learn to compromise and stop fighting with Vishwas. She orders Aarambhi to convince him to resolve the matter. Otherwise, Manju tells her not to return home.

Vishwas Remains Determined to Divorce Aarambhi

Meanwhile, Vishwas tells his parents that he can no longer allow Aarambhi to damage the family’s reputation.

He says she has already created enough problems for them and admits that he feels ashamed that he could not control the situation involving his wife.

Vishwas firmly declares that he has made his final decision—he wants to divorce Aarambhi.

Sunil immediately objects.

He asks Vishwas how he can take such a major decision on his own. Sunil says that while he understands Vishwas is angry and believes his intentions are right, divorce is not something that should be decided so casually.

Dimple supports Vishwas and says Aarambhi needs to be taught a lesson.

Avantika, meanwhile, is disappointed because she expected the family to support the divorce.

Sunil reminds Vishwas that Raj has already gone against the family and the media is constantly discussing their name. If Vishwas also divorces Aarambhi, the family will become a target of further criticism.

He fears people will accuse Vishwas of using the divorce to hide the family’s own mistakes.

Dimple assures Vishwas that she can control Aarambhi and deal with her. She asks him not to go ahead with the divorce.

Vishwas refuses to change his mind. He says he cannot allow Aarambhi to destroy his son’s future.

Sunil becomes furious with his stubbornness.

Nandita then arrives and is shocked to learn about the divorce. She questions how Vishwas can take such a decision.

Dimple reminds everyone that no one in their family has ever divorced their wife and says they cannot break the family’s tradition.

Protesters Create Chaos at the Tandon House

Suddenly, a group of protesters arrives outside the house and begins creating a scene.

They start recording everything live while publicly humiliating the Tandon family. The situation quickly becomes embarrassing for everyone.

The protesters even praise Aarambhi in front of the family, making it appear as though she has deliberately orchestrated the entire situation to damage their reputation.

Avantika immediately pretends to defend the Tandon family.

She dramatically falls at the protesters’ feet and requests them to stop insulting the family. She presents herself as someone trying to protect the Tandons from further humiliation.

She then secretly signals the protesters, after which they finally stop their demonstration.

The entire incident leaves the family shaken.

Aarambhi Learns Her Custody Case Is Weak

Elsewhere, Aarambhi contacts her lawyer again to discuss the case.

The lawyer gives her disappointing news.

He tells Aarambhi that her position is currently weak and that winning Vihaan’s custody will be extremely difficult.

He explains that the divorce proceedings could actually make her custody battle harder. If the divorce continues under the current circumstances, the Tandon family could use the situation against her and put further pressure on her.

The lawyer advises her that she must first prove her innocence.

Aarambhi needs to establish that she did not plot against the Tandon family or deliberately damage their reputation.

According to the lawyer, if Aarambhi can prove that she was framed and establish the truth behind the accusations against her, public support could turn in her favour. The Tandon family would then find it much harder to continue targeting her.

Aarambhi realises that the fight is no longer simply about her marriage.

She has to protect her relationship with Vihaan, prove her innocence and stop Vishwas from using the divorce against her.

The episode ends.

Precap

Dhruv secretly follows Aarambhi and notices her meeting Naira. Later, Aarambhi spots Dhruv at her house and becomes suspicious of his presence. She confronts him and demands to know why he is following her.

Review

This episode shifts the focus from Aarambhi’s troubled marriage to an even bigger battle—her fight to retain Vihaan’s custody. The confrontation with Manju is particularly painful because Aarambhi is not only fighting Vishwas but also facing blame from her own family.

Vishwas, meanwhile, appears determined to portray himself as the victim while pushing ahead with the divorce. The protest sequence adds another suspicious layer, especially because Avantika’s sudden role as the family’s saviour feels far from genuine.

The custody angle gives Aarambhi a clear goal. She cannot simply react to Vishwas anymore; she needs to prove that the accusations against her are false. The lawyer’s warning also raises the stakes considerably, as losing the divorce battle could directly affect her chances of keeping Vihaan.
